DLN-067: Splash Woman, is another one of Dr. Light's Robot Masters subverted by the evil Dr. Wily to do his bidding. She was designed to aid drowning swimmers and sinking ships at sea, resulting in great swimming but poor land mobility. She has a beautiful voice and is fond of karaoke. She is afraid of crowds.

In Mega Man 9, Splash Woman was one of the Robot Masters who had expired and was sent to be scrapped. Dr. Wily tricked her and 7 others into beliving he could save them. She and the rest were then reprogrammed to help Wily conquer the Earth. After Wily's defeat, Dr. Light rebuilds her back to normal and Auto is seen taking a picture of her at the end of the game.
Archie Comics
Splash Woman was shown in issue 19 helping Oil Man and Roll save people from a shipwreck. Sadly, she was not able to join her fellow Light Robot Masters in helping fight off the Robot Master army of Dr. Wily, instead having been taken through a chronal anomaly to fight against them. She was later knocked offline by Ra Moon's electromagnetic field.
