Spook is one of the main character of the dark fantasy Mistborn book series. He was a member of Kelsier's crew and worked for Elend Venture after the Collapse. After the Catacendre, he became known as the Lord Mistborn and ruled the Elendel Basin for a hundred years before stepping down.
Overview[]
Spook is a Tineye, one who can enhance their senses with Allomancy, who is the nephew of Clubs. He aids Kelsier's rebellion, becoming more important as the story progresses. By the time of Hero of Ages he's become so dependent on tin that he is permanently forced to burn it, giving him extreme senses at the cost of not being able to turn them off.
Abilities[]
First, Spook becomes a Tin Savant, having super-enhanced senses beyond what any Tineye should have. Then, Ruin gives him pewter. After learning the truth about Hemalurgy he pulls out his spike, but he later gets pewter back when Sazed makes him a full Mistborn

Trivia[]
- Spook is very loosely based on a person Brandon knew from the Timewasters Guide forums. Zack, known as Gemm on the forums, sometimes posted random gibberish that, if looked at very closely, turned out to actually be rather poetic. This inspired Brandon to write a character who spoke with a dialect that had an interesting rhythm, yet was difficult to make out.
