Spooky the Tuff Little Ghost is a ghost that appeared in the Casper the Friendly Ghost comics and cartoons, and would later get his own solo series. He is the cousin of Casper the Friendly Ghost and share quite a likeness to his cousin, with the obvious exception in that he has a black noise and freckles, and would most likely where a hat. Unlike Casper, Spooky actually does like scaring others much like the Ghostly Trio and would make fun of his cousin for being friendly. He sees himself as his uncles idol. He has a girlfriend, named Poil; who doesn't like it; when he scares and would sometimes try to stop him. Despite this, he does seem to care for his cousin and would redeemed himself sometimes.
