Park Ranger Steve is a supporting character in the Roblox horror game Camping franchise.

He serves as a minor character in the first Camping and the tritagonist of its 2021 threequel Camping 3. He is a member of the Local Ranger Department.

Biography

Camping

Day Two

Steve, alongside his partner discovered the remains of a deer corpse outside the campground. The two of them decided to place bear traps around to prevent dangerous animals such as bears to protect the local campers from threats inside Specky Woods. When some campers approached and asked him with Daniel about what happened last night, Daniel informs them that they're placing bear traps cause the bears has been attacking various animals in the camp, so these traps are setted to ensure their safety.

After the incident, Specky Woods was shutdown, Steve was shifted to the department at Wicka Peak.

Camping 3

Day One

Steve now reunites with his former latter, Daniel in his current working place. They welcome the campers to Wicka Peak, with Steve give the campers a hint that Daniel will be their guide for the tour. He returns to his work, until the night came.

By nightfall, Steve was attacked by Mouse. He tries to escape the thing, as he run all the way to the Logde, falling down to the snows and cries over, traumatized by the monster. He is then seen by the campers, who tries to ask what happened to no response. Suddenly, Mouse appeared, mauling Steve to his death before eating a part of him. Later, his remains his discovered by Daniel, which alerted him to the current situation.

Trivia

• Steve name is originally titled Alex but was changed in future updates.
• During the release of Camping and its sequel, many fans theorized that his name is likely to be Kevin or Jake, even rather having him becoming a major plot point in the third game, however, the release of Camping 3 debunked all of these theories.
• He is the only other Park Ranger that exists alongside with Daniel.
• Steve has a lot of potentials to grow, but it was much wasted to the point many fans felt some disappointment about his role in the franchise.
