Steven is First seen freaking out over the lost stock of Cookie Cat, much to his dismay as both Lars and Sadie would comfort that no one would wanted to eat the snack anymore but decide to give Steven the Cookie Cat Freezer our of pity, which then Steven would then bring back with him while the other Crystal Gems are dealing with centipede Nephrite creatures scattered throughout the island house, after much of the corrupted Gems were taken care of, Steven would then showcase a level of emotion of passion and happiness which would then trigger a Shield receiving from the amount of powers his gem might glow, Steven would discover all of the missing Cookie Cats were actually "brought" by Garnet, amethyst and Pearl due to being his favourite treat, Steven would then manage to summon his first shield which would accidentally Ricochet throughout and destroy the television from his room. Shortly after the remaining Nephrite retreat to their mother centipede as they attack towards the roof of the house, Steven tries to bring his Cookie Cat Fridge and enough treats due to believing that they would channel his powers again but failed due to the acid destroying the Fridge, feeling sorrow for it's destruction, Steven then uses it to electrocute and defeat the mother Nephrite to save his friends before shortly giving a burial to the fridge. In Laser Night Cannon, Steven and Amethyst go out for fries before heading home to find Pearl and Garnet observing from a telescope afar a monster eyeball approaching earth, frightening Steven as he mistakes it for an infection as Garnet corrects the terminology for an pin eye, Pearl wants the eye would crush bunch of oblivious innocent people before it can reach it as Garnet would call out the only way to stop it was Rose's cannon, prompting Steven to head for Greg to find it inside his garage, upon managing to succeed in dragging it with a broken Wheelbarrow at the beach in time, Steven would take his father's words by hear thwack subsequently activated the Cannon with a visage of Rose Quarts along with it's energy were enough to destroy the eyeball that saved everyone in Beach city before noticing and attempting to save his father's van drifting from the waves. Steven orders a Cheeseburger Packpack to prove himself Useful towards the other Crystal Gems who were excavating the temple to place a Moon Goddess Statue to keep it's temple stable, Steven would then tie both sweaters to make it across the entrance of the palace, then he uses a Bagel sandwich to distract the Crystal Shrimps and lets a lifeboat float away leaving Garnet to use her strength to knock down a pillar as a bridge to cross, Steven realises he forgot about the statue and attempted to replace it with Mr. Wheezy which lead to the destruction of the temple but indirectly his lifeboat saved the Crystal Gems that kept them afloat for their three hour long way back. In Together Breakfast, Steven makes a breakfast to bring together the Crystal gems who were on missions, mostly Garnet who needed to take care of an evil scroll containing an smoke monster to throw away into the lava before it can manifest including breaking Steven's phone to prevent the image from spreading into the world before entering the Temple Gate, Steven would sneak into Pearl using the Gate to take back one of her stolen swords where he would soon rift away when trying to deliver the breakfast to share with Pearl, leaving himself to fall into a waterfall where he would soon meet Amethyst who then chases over eating the food before accidentally entering the Crystal Heart the core of the temple gate that he would accidentally slide down while holding his breakfast to meet Garnet who destroyed images of the Scroll while incasing the creature inside of a bubble, Steven would startle Garnet to release the smoke creature who would infuse with Steven's breakfast to attack his allies, Steven would become fed up with the monster's actions as he bravely pushes the plate into the lava pool, destroying it for good and briefly making another Together Breakfast before deciding to order pizza instead. In Frybo, Steven begins looking for his missing pants as Pearl is looking for a subconscience missing Gem shard piece as Steven would then collect the gem shard and brings it to deliver to Pearl before encountering Peedee briefly attacked by Seagulls which happened again when Steven briefly wore the costume before deciding to use the Gem Shard to bring the costume to life which so happens to backfire at the creature takes Peedee's command literal by forcefully feeding it's customers fries repeatedly by refusing to let them leave, as Steven attempted to stop it, only for Mr. Fryman to land on top of them, the situation was shortly interviewed when Pearl traced down the missing gem shard inside of the creature and flung her spear towards it's arms, but Steven notices the other pieces of the Gem shards that he uses to bring all of his clothes to life to fight against the creature before managing to tear off the sentient piece of the missing gem shard, putting an end to Frybo's destruction and bringing the costume as a viking funeral. In Cat Fingers, Steven attempts to learn how to shapeshifter with Amethyst but accidentally brings one of his fingers to life as a cat, which immediately ended up going out of control, prompting to Greg using his car wash to eliminate all of the sentient cast on behalf of Steven's request who realises that they hate water. Bubble Buddies Steven would take his Bike where he would meet a young girl named Connie who was reading a book after struggling riding it, before falling off of it that catches the attention of Connie, Steven feeling embarrassed then runs away back home upon doing so, the Crystal Gems had been secretly monitoring his encounter as Pearl plans on setting up a playdate as Garnet encourages him to talk to her again in which Steven does so as he prepares his welcome only to be stopped by the shrieking of a creature that fractures a stone remnant of a rose collapsing, Steven senses the stone piece about to fall onto Connie and instinctively saves her by channeling up a and accidentally getting stuck inside of a bubble, after explaining to her that his purpose as a protector for Beach city Steven decides to attempt to remove the pink bubble with His friends such as Lars, Sadie, Onion with a harpoon Gun before ending up being flung at the bottom of the ocean by Harold Smiley's roller Coaster before encountering a sea gem monster that sent them into a cavern, Connie breaks down over the struggle of never making a friend which lead to Steven bringing his glow stick and reveals that it belonged to Connie from last year's parade that if he ever met her again, as the two share a moment before the bubble bursted, prompting both of them to swim at shore back at the beach while being chased by the sea gem monster again, Steven deduces that the creature chases bright stuff as he joins Connie by taking over the chase after telling her to give back the glow stick Bracelet to lure the monster away, Steven manages to trick the Monster into converting into a knot before it's struggling strength led to the wooden pallets to collapse onto it before exploding that stetted off the Crystal Gems to be alerted to the scene. In Serious Steven, Steven tries to go on his first serious mission, becoming excited as he brings along his Guitar as he lands onto a former Gem battlefield populated with strawberries to recover a gemstone, before touching a pyramid that launched the Crystal Gems onto another level of the temple, departing with Garnet to pass through dangerous traps among their path. Meanwhile a flashback reveals that Steven attempted to get off the spinning Teapot Ride at Mr Smiley's amusement park that he accidentally sabotages the ride and credibility of Smiley, which led to Steven being banned from future amusement rides forever by an visibly angry Smiley. Steven would take a nap after the whole obstacles made him pass out to remember the "Teacup incident" that the door leads back to the beginning of the temple, Steven started to feel sick and deduced the temple is spinning with a set of revolving rooms similar to the incident at Mr. Smiley's amusement Ride after starting to have the same feeling of nausea of the circulation, prompting Garnet to destroy the ground to reveal the source of the temple as he tells Garnet to launch him into the Core to pull out the gemstone grid that ceases and destroying temple, landing onto the strawberries again. Steven would accompany the Crystal Gems where they would punch a blood Polyp that would cover Steven into a petrified state until midnight where he secretly follows Amethyst at the docks who is shown to work a double life as a hated male wrestler named "The Purple Puma" to vent over being criticised by her peers, Steven Joins her as "Tiger Millionaire" to join as the tag-team, Amethyst's ego bets the better of her by trying to win it for herself as Steven attempts to warn her another wrestler named Chunk Truck puts a traffic cone onto her head, Steven is dismayed at the competition's rules before deciding to lure and trick Chunk Truck with his briefcase to take as "bribe"before disorienting him by opening the lid to hit him, surprising Lars and giving Amethyst enough time to defeat him, Steven would continue to help Amethyst distract numerous Wrestlers, this would unintentionally have a drastic impact of being selfish as Amethyst as Steven would buy sodas for the crowd only to stomp on them including Lars soda, believing it to been part of an act as Steven soon becomes disheartened by taking Smiley's words as the "Cruelest creature" outside the ring. Steven looks at his mask to reflect over the negative view of the crowd before prepairing for the final match with Amethyst but the introduction was interrupted by both Garnet and Pearl who traced the Tournament with Steven's "promotional" drawn poster, Pearl started to criticise the latter using her power against humans before letting Garnet take care of Amethyst, seeking to put an the situation, Steven creates a story for The Purple Puma's backstory about being wild animal in the jungle that overwhelmed the other animals by seeking to search somewhere that he can fit in with people misunderstood, redeeming the crowd's trust as Garnet and Pearl went along with the charade of pretending to fight one another as the two blonde bulk wrestler duo grabbed a ladder to help Steven nab the Tag-Team belt championship and persumably stepped down wrestling alongside Amethyst.
In Giant Woman, Steven judges both Amethyst and Pearl's checkers competition with Pearl winning the match before engaging in an argument with their troubled relationship forming Opal, becoming static to witness the fusion by Pearl urges if it was nessescary and comes back to the beach house to see Garnet giving him a rock to explain the mission of retrieving the heaven-bug, while also being trusted in keeping the harmony of encouraging Opal's fusion. Steven questions throughout the trip of awaiting while attempting to encourage Pearl and Amethyst to encourage their fusion but stops to befriend a mountain goat by calling it "Steven Jr" before singing a song to express his curiosity of Opal's fusion on their journey, when Steven tries to chase his goat, Amethyst accidentally makes Steven stumble, prompting using Pearl to dive down and catch him, Steven praises their teamwork and ponders if they could do it all the time as both Amethyst and Pearl silently looked away form each other. meanwhile Steven, Amethyst and Pearl arrive to see the beetle wasn't there, leading to a brief argument between Pearl and Amethyst before a bird monster swallows Steven alive but remained stumbling in the chambers of the creatures bowls where he reunites with "Steven Jr" alive in the junk of the stomach chewing on the beetle, this would force Pearl and Amethyst to fuse into Opal offscreen to save him and the goat who then flees as the trio retuned back to beach city and became surprised when garnet mentioning he can do fusion.
In So Many birthdays, Steven and the Crystal gems stumble on the Temple's junk from Amethyst room where he sees a portrait of the gems with Rose Quarts fighting a shark wearing "old-timely" clothes, as Pearl explains Gems do not age but still can get hurt, Steven wonders why they didn't plan a birthday and refuses to ignore to focus on creating a celebration for them. he then sets up a party for the Gems by crowning Amethyst as "The Birthday Queen" as he sings a song and hands Amethyst a bat for a piñata as he fearfully passes the stick to Garnet when her swing ended up sending it towards the ocean before moving on to celebrate Pearl's birthday by dressing up as a clown as the next to wear the crown by starting to tell jokes, but became disappointed when he indirectly mislead Pearl too much, prompting to moving on with giving the crown to Garnet by playing a game of "Kazoo-Racers" that he got from Greg as his tradition, who then tells Steven that birthdays are for Little Kids on behalf of Pearl's concern, which creates doubt for Steven as he walks through beach city while his gem subconsciously ages him rapidly in different stages as he becomes weak when encountering Lion who picks him up to be given to the gems as they desperately perform Birthday traditions but Steven glimpses on the Crystal gems fighting each other as he slowly reverts down from his fluctuation from his mind through his gem to revert back into his original age initially when he sees his different legs.
Season 2[]
After the Destruction of Jasper's ship, Steven calls off a concerned Connie over the phone as Greg Universe arrives for his son's safety, as Steven explains the summary of his journey which lead to the speculation of Greg believing more homeward Gems will arrive on earth before rushing inside his car in distress, the next day Steven would stumble upon the wreckage while pondering to himself what he will say to connie over his journey. He encounters Dewey who reveals the Mayor Dewey is calling everyone back into the city and joins brooding over the knowledge to bare from the dangers against the innocent people of beech wood city before becoming static over noticing the giant hand ship crash side near Steven's house. Steven then sings a song of "Full Disco]sure" mirroring the unfolded events and conflict the attack on Jasper caused around his friend before noticing the phone ring from Connie again, refusing to answer it before walking back and meeting with the crystal gems. Steven ponders keeping advanced Gem Technology away from the beach from the people coming back to town out for good to prevent hurting themselves.
Season 3[]
In Super Watermelon Island, Steven senses a vision of Malachite's return (Jasper/Lapis) attacking and eating the colony of Steven's Watermelon Island colonisation, including Peridot sensing the ground move planning a theory of the possibility of the cluster as Steven explains that he can feel the presence and emotion of his Melon counterparts at Mask Island, this gave the concern for the Crystal Gems to go after the fusion by going to the nearest warp path far away from both Peridot and Steven, Steven ponders is Lapiz lost control over keeping Jasper at bay after getting tired fighting for control for the fusion and seeks to help the Gems, Peridot gave Steven advice to disobey the Crystal Gem's orders and goes back to sleep onto the mattress by travelling dept from his subconscious to help the other Melon Stevens, causing one of them to briefly fall asleep and secretly spectates the Crystal Gem's arrival of Malachite still in Lapiz's chains. Seeing that all of the Crystal Gems turn into Alexandrite, Steven (in a Watermelon Body) encourages the other Watermelon survivors hiding in a cave by giving a mumbled speech, encouraging the tribe leader to chant to help aid the Crystal Gems to go for war. As the entire colony of Steven Watermelons including their leader confront Malachite on land, Steven's encouragement worked successfully as the tactical ingenuity of the Steven Watermelons manages to overpower Malachite that gave Alexandrite enough time to break her bonds to join the fight again and destroyed Malachite's fusion, separating both Jasper and Lapis, shortly afterwards Steven (in mud cheek face-paint) approaches the crystal Gems to reveal himself, they congratulated him before urging him back to help Peridot over the Cluster's arrival.
Season 4[]
In Kindergarden kid, Steven excavates along with the Crystal Gems of Jasper's prison camp of Corrupted Gems by helping locate them, but both the Crystal Gems and Peridot attempted to find the wandering Corrupted tongue Gem with immense Speed, Steven joins Peridot to help alongside her but both were warded by the speed of the creature as they decide to secretly follow it behind a rock above an Injector, the creature became intrigued by it with Peridot trying to formulate a "pairing Plan" with Steven, first by trying to use her telepathic powers to collapse the Cluster which failed, Steven rushes when debright land on top of Peridot as the creature intervenes to attack Steven who then summons his shield to ward off the attacks for Peridot attempt to encourage Steven to finish off the creature before it flees, only ending up getting the injector collapsed onto her as she tries to work on another strategy. The second pairing plan with Peridot is salvaging the injector as a cannon, intriguing Steven as they attempt to aim at the creature again, only for Peridot to be hit by the trajectory force of the cannon as another debright of rocks falls onto of her, the creature then approaches Steven as he weakly says "you win again" before getting attacked by the creature again. the third plan lead Steven to have a anxious due to believing Peridot's plan of using physics onto a boulder to crush it might fail, but both were started by the Creature quickly approached them to fall off as the boulder collapses on Peridot with an rolling avalanche of a boulder as Steven gently falls down and rushes to her aid but a ramp would redirect the boulder as Steven instinctively channels his bubble to protect himself as the rocky boulder would land onto Peridot again as he remarks to Peridot "You don't poof easily huh?" as Peridot comments that they are tougher than they look. at midnight, Steven would start a campfire with a stick from a bag of marshmallows, Steven would try to uplift her spirit by saying her "even if none of your Perry plans work, at least they were really funny" and offers to go back, Peridot refuses to give away the Victory by pondering her repeatable failure towards capturing a corrupted Gem, but Steven reassures her that Corruptions think a little different as Peridot compares herself to be an uncatchable cunning gem creature, and Steven comments that the scenario of Peridot being the creature hasn't fell for any of the average Peridot's plans as Peridot frustratingly concludes it to being luck by kicking a stone and sitting curl up in silence, Steven would then pick up his bag of marshmallows and repeatedly throw the entire treats to provoke Peridot to put her in the picture of being a monster as he would say that he pretends to be a human attacking it, an earth animal chasing her away from her first safe hiding spot and an angry Gem trying to poof her, saying it's life for her as endless suffering, leading to Peridot reaching her breaking point as she then quickly gnarls at the bag with her mouth, Steven compares her previous failures as being frustrated along with the creatures as being parallel as he offers to make her think from the monster's point of view. Steven encourages Peridot to "think like a monster" and tries to reassure the monster before being knocked into a bubble as it fight Peridot before falling into a cliff, fortunately Peridot's immense Durability proved to be superior towards the creature as it became poofed while the other Crystal Gems arrives to congratulate her after observing the whole scenarios from Garnet's future vision.
In Am I your Mom, Steven and the Gems realises the Gems sent personally Topaz and Aquamarine to collecting more humans for the zoo, and get's a message from Connie that leads the group into the funhouse and notices Connie's phone on the ground as he looks to see both Aquamarine and Topaz infusing all of the humans to be captures according to the previous orders from Peridot unbeknownst to be revealed that Steven unintentionally explained everyone he would know including "his dad" which proved to be the next order from the required list, seeing Jamie's head being grasped by Topaz when Aquamarine threatens to kill the humans, Steven volunteers by revealing to be "my Dad" part of the list, Aquamarine agrees as Topaz duplicates herself as Pearl questions if he know what he is doing to which Steven gave them a thumbs up before being infused next to lars as he attempts to channel his bubble powers but to no avail as Topaz leaps into the camouflaged ship. later at the ship Steven class with Topaz along with Connie and briefly shield her with his bubble powers in an attempt to hold off against the Topaz halves, Steven apologises to Connie of his unintentional responsibility for the indirect kidnapping as Connie blocks Topaz by urging him to focus as Steven prompts to head for the door where Alexandrite holds the ship and instructs her to lower them near the water for the rest of the humans to jump as he attempts to grab Jamie to carry with him but were all paralysed by Aquamarine's wand and bargains his freedom by revealing his Gem by revealing to be apart of Rose Quarts to Aquamarine when he convinces her that he is not "my dad" but ending the mission with someone the diamonds would want more than the humans, releasing all of his allies as he surrenders himself to be captured with Aquamarine and Topaz after departing with the all of his allies desperately trying to stop him.
Season 5[]
In Stuck Together, after convincing Aquamarine to brand himself as a Galactic criminal by admitting a false statement of admitting to enjoy shattering gems, and is relieved that most of his friends are safe except for Lars who was later captured by Topaz snooping around the ship and attempts to call off the deal when it involves humans to be captured as well, but Aquamarine sarcastically starts making fun of him as Topaz fuses together Lars and Steven as the latter would insult her, Steven tries to encourage Lars into helping him escape together by working "as his arms" in the operation as Aquamarine sends Topaz off to fix the engine, as Topaz was wearing her earphones, Steven urges Lars to take a destabiliser by taking his pants as a lasso but it fails due to the lack of reach as Lars starts to feel less self-worth as he breaks down into being afraid, Steven says he's afraid right now and admits that he couldn't save anyone or come up with a plan. after sharing a moment with Lars, unbeknownst to them Topaz has been listening the entire time and shares her dislikes for her miserable missions she was forced to accompany with Aquamarine, admiring Steven to be honest and open by agreeing to secretly help them both escape to earth but Steven offers only Lars to come back to earth by himself due to already turning himself in to atone for his mother's past actions. the scenario were interrupted by Aquamarine who destroys the escape pod, Steven calmly offers to help Topaz to talk out her own feelings nervously, Topaz quickly grabs the destabiliser and grab Aquamarine to prevent her trying to attack her, but the latter guilt-trips Topaz over the treat of the home-world gems punishing her, prompting Topaz surrendering herself and infusing herself to separate Steven from Lars after landing back to homeworld.
