Storm the Albatross is an anti-hero and on & off villain from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He is a member of the Babylon Rogues. His rivals are Knuckles, Big, Omega, and Vector.
He serves as one of the (former) three secondary antagonists of Sonic Riders, and one of the three tetartagonists/anti-heroes of Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity and Sonic Free Riders.
In general, Storm is somewhat dim-witted and slow on the uptake but makes up for it in raw strength. He is Jet the Hawk's most loyal follower and right-hand man. As such, he is very eager for Jet's assignments. Despite being committed to his duties though, Storm has a short temper and his klutziness constantly leads him to embarrass himself and his teammates.
Despite being a villain, he is sometimes heroic when teaming up with Sonic and friends to defeat the villains.
In Sonic Riders, he was voiced by Kenji Nomura in the Japanese version, and by Dan Green in the English version who also voiced Knuckles.
For the entire series, he is voiced by Kenji Nomura in the Japanese versions, and by Travis Willingham in the English dubbed versions, the latter who was a former voice actor for Knuckles.

History
Past
Storm was born into the Babylon clan of thieves known as the Babylon Rogues. He is a descendant of the Babylonians, an alien race that stranded on Earth in ancient times and became an infamous band of thieves which continued their legacy of thieving for generations.
At some point in his life, Storm became a member of the Babylon Rogues, where he was joined by Jet the Hawk and Wave the Swallow. Together, the three of them formed the newest generation of Babylon Rogues and continued their clan's legacy of theft, with Storm serving as the team's brawn.
During his carrier as a member of Babylon Rogues, Storm and his comrades engaged in a number of unknown criminal activities, and managed to build up an infamous reputation.
