Suguru Geto is the deuteragonist of the Hidden Inventory Arc in the manga/anime series Jujutsu Kaisen, and the main antagonist of Jujutsu Kaisen 0. He is a former student at Jujutsu High and well known to be the best friend of Satoru Gojo.

Following his failed duty against Toji Fushiguro to protect Riko Amanai, the host of the Star plasma Vessel, he eventually fell into his evil side, resulting him in slaughtering an entire village, becoming a curse user as a result. Despite his ascent to villainy, Geto still remains as noble as he was in his previous life. He was killed by Satoru Gojo until later his corpse was taken over by Kenjaku.

He is voiced by Takahiro Sakurai in Japanese and by Lex Lang in English.

Appearance[]

Suguru's appearance is primarily remembered due to that one lock of hair that he has on the left of his face. His hair is tied in a knock and has studs on both of his ears. As a student at Tokyo Jujutsu High, he wears the standard uniform of Jujutsu High, before eventually switching to his Buddhist robe.

Personality[]

Before starting his rampage of conspiracy, Suguru's view of the world and humans was very different. Together, him and Gojo, the two best friends were considered the strongest sorcerers. Although they get into arguments at times, they can quickly move on with their peak capabilities, and their unwavering belief in their joint capabilities was a testament to their seemingly unbreakable close relationship.

Suguru exhibited a significantly kinder and more refined demeanour, especially when contrasted with the brash attitude of Satoru. Subsequently, after failing to protect Riko Amanai, he started to lose his temper and his view on the world between jujutsu sorcerers and ordinary humans gradually changed. Following a chat with Yuki Tsukumo, he started to think that killing all ordinary humans would be the solution to end all curses in the world, resulting in him murdering an entire village during a mission upon seeing the residents of the village abusing two imprisoned young girls.
