Sumireko Ogawa is the main protagonist of the anime and manga series Mysterious Disappearances. She is a 28-year-old author and an aspiring novelist who loves mysteries, but because her stories do not do well, she has to work in a bookstore to make ends meet.
She is voiced by Fairouz Ai in Japanese.

In her real appearance, she is tall, voluptuous 28-year-old woman with big breasts. However due to the effects of ger curse, however she de-ages down to the point when she is a kid while her clothes don't seem to change along with her.
Biography[]
Sumireko is once a superb writer who got the newcomer's award at 15. However, after the age of 20, Sumireko is treated as an ordinary person, which frustrates her the most. Sumireko works alongside the enigmatic and cunning Ren Adashino at Midori Bookstore. She often works with the register, where she laments her failure as a writer. Despite this, Ren supports Sumireko's ambitions as a writer, stating that he will look forward to her next completed work.Sumireko eventually begins working with Ren to uncover oddities and/or weird books that can control people's hearts, bring back a person's youth, and even resuscitate the dead. She is extremely interested in the occult and all things supernatural, claiming that they can enjoy their fear and trepidation about things beyond human comprehension and that it stimulates core needs such as hunger and sexual desire.
