Summer & Starla are major characters in the Cat Kid Comic Club series, a spin-off to the Dog Man franchise, which in itself is a spin-off to the Captain Underpants franchise.

They are a duo of poetic baby frogs who are the adoptive daughters of Flippy and sisters of Molly, Melvin the Frog, Naomi, Poppy, and other frogs.

Appearances[]

They resemble two purple baby frogs with eyelashes. Summer also has black freckles.
