~ The supervisors when the game begins.
The Supervisors are the deuteragonists of the 2025 indie strategy arcade game Nubby's Number Factory. They are supervisors at the titular number manufacturer. Different supervisors give different advantages and disadvantages that help the Protagonist during gameplay. Despite appearing as separate characters, they are all just different versions of Tony.
All supervisors are portrayed by MogDogBlog Productions.
Tony is "The Standard Nubby Experience!", which essentially means that Tony doesn't do anything special to help the player. Tony is also the only available supervisor in "Challenges", as well as the tutorial. Tony is a live-action Caucasian male with a youthful appearance, blonde hair, a blue shirt, red glasses with green lenses and a nose piercing. He is rather grumpy, presumably because of the fact that he's being paid minimum wage, according to himself. Tony is the only supervisor who doesn't require any amount of stars to unlock.
Octo-ny[]
Octo-ny makes it so that the rare "Squid" item is 20x more likely to appear in Nubby-mart, and additionally makes them cost 50% less. Octo-ny appears identical to Tony, but wears a pink shirt, and has an octopus sitting atop his head. He speaks in blubs and pops, which is a stereotypical impression of a fish. He costs 5 stars to unlock.
Tony Jr.[]
Tony Jr. makes the player begin the match with 15 coins, and also gives the player the option to purchase from Nubby-mart off the bat before starting the game. He also makes it so that all rare and ultra-rare items are more likely to appear in the shop. Tony Jr. appears identical to Tony, but wears a propeller cap, a yellow shirt and blue goggles with yellow lenses. As his outfit implies, he's a little kid, and while being immature (two out of his three voicelines are yo mama jokes), he's perfectly aware of the fact that his presence in the factory as a worker means that the company is profiting off child labour. He costs 10 stars to unlock.
Goblony[]
Goblony earns the player 3x the normal amount of coins for each restock, as well as raising the max capacity of coins earned to twice the original amount. This, however, comes with the disadvantage of the player losing two lives when Nubby dies instead of one. Goblony is the first supervisor to present a disadvantage that isn't included in The Standard Nubby Experience. Goblony appears identical to Tony, but has green skin, pointy ears and a brown shirt. Goblony loves gold and mostly eats dirt. He costs 15 stars to unlock.
Mutant Tony[]
Mutant Tony makes it so that each item has two triggers instead of one. Mutant Tony appears identical to Tony, but has grayish-purple skin, blue lips and four eyes, and also wears a faded-green shirt and two pairs of blue glasses with light-blue lenses. Mutant Tony's voicelines consist solely of scatting. He costs 20 stars to unlock.
Glass Tony[]
Glass Tony makes it so that the maximum amount of lives caps at two, but also makes it so that when an item triggers, it triggers twice. Food items and perks are not affected by this. Glass Tony appears identical to Tony, but has a light blue hue to him to make him appear like glass. All of his voicelines are glass breaking/clinking noises. He costs 25 stars to unlock, as does every subsequent supervisor.
Hunter Tony[]
Hunter Tony makes it so that the player can no longer earn coins from restocks, but makes up for it by putting a moving bullseye at the bottom of the screen. If Nubby hits the bullseye, the player earns six coins and gets their points that round doubled. Hunter Tony appears identical to Tony, but wears a cartoon hunter outfit and green goggles with black lenses, and carries a rifle.
Bologna Tony[]
Bologna Tony makes it so that each item has a completely random trigger. Because of this, the player can break the game and cause rounds to go on forever via certain loopholes. Bologna Tony appears identical to Tony, but seems to have a head made of bologna, as his name suggests. He's implied to be a butcher.
Criminal Tony makes it so that items only found on the black market can appear in the regular Nubby-mart, although they are not free like they are on the black market. Criminal Tony appears identical to Tony, but has a scar across his left eye, wears a black-and-white striped shirt and black goggles with white lenses, and carries a knife. Criminal claims to have been to prison before and no longer have access to a bank account.
C.E.O. Tony[]
C.E.O. Tony gives the player 200 coins at the beginning of the game at the cost of rendering them unable to make any more money afterwards. C.E.O. Tony appears identical to Tony, but wears a black shirt and shades (being the only supervisor to not wear Tony's signature goggles) and carries a large brick phone. C.E.O. Tony is rude and irresponsible, making fun of the player for crying, insulting their outfit to their face, and offloading any complaints to HR.
Immortal Tony[]
Immortal Tony replaces Endless Mode with Prestige Mode, which gives the player the option to restart the game and attempt to play it at a slightly harder difficulty. Immortal Tony appears identical to Tony, but wears a faded yellow shirt, blue goggles with green lenses and a crown, and also has a long white beard. Despite two of his three voicelines being laughing, Immortal Tony is unhappy with his status as an immortal being.
Dwarf Tony[]
MogDogBlog Productions held a competition where people could submit their own Tony ideas, and the winner would be put in the game. MogDogBlog Productions confirmed in a recent Steam post that the winner was called "Dwarf Tony", and would be added to the game in a coming update.

Trivia[]
All the different versions of Tony contribute to the game in a way that references their characters.
Octo-ny increasing the chance of Squids appearing is a reference to the octopus on his head.
Squids actually have ten legs, not eight, which means that Octo-ny having "Octo" (eight) in his name doesn't make any sense. It was likely only made like that because it's difficult to make a good squid pun with Tony's name.
Goblony increasing the max capacity for coins and amount of coins earned is a reference to Goblins often being depicted of greedy thieves with an affinity for gold.
Each shot using two lives instead of one could imply that Goblony stole one.
Mutant Tony causing items to have two triggers instead of one is likely a reference to his two sets of eyes.
Hunter Tony's target is an obvious reference to his occupation as a hunter, which involves shooting.
Bologna Tony randomising item triggers is likely a reference to "baloney" being used to describe nonsense or insanity, which is what the average Bologna Tony playthrough is. As Bologna Tony himself says, "It's a buncha Baloney!".
Criminal Tony's ability to make illegal items appear in the shop is a reference to his status as a criminal.
C.E.O. Tony giving the player 200 coins in exchange for being unable to earn anymore money is a reference to C.E.O.s being rich, while also being selfish. These are both traits displayed by C.E.O. Tony himself.
Immortal Tony replacing "Endless" with "Prestige" is a reference to his immortality, which lasts forever, even though "Endless" also lasts forever.
Tony Jr. and Glass Tony are the only supervisors whose gimmicks don't match their character.
Glass Tony's gimmick was originally making items cheaper in exchange for having a 5% chance of being destroyed, before it was changed because of fan demand. This fits with Glass Tony being Glass.
Not one of the supervisors seem to like the protagonist. Their attitudes towards them seem to range from outright disinterest (Bologna Tony, Glass Tony, Tony Jr.) to vaguely threatening (C.E.O. Tony, Criminal Tony).
Whether or not every human character in the game just looks the same or are clones is unclear.
Mog has confirmed that two new sections, a cosmetics store and a lore section, stylised as a clothes shop and a warehouse respectively, will be arriving in an upcoming update. This could give us some new lore about the supervisors.
The clothes shop and warehouse will be run by two characters named Lady La Mode and Sparkplug respectively. These characters, like the supervisors, appear to be portrayed by Mog. Whether or not they are also Tony clones are ambiguous.
