Beaut, or also known by hero aliases, Sweet Mask, Amai Mask is a major supporting character of the anime, manga and web comic series One Punch-Man. He is a very famous model, singer, actor and is especially known as the most famous pop star in the world. Aside from his job in pop culture he is also staff of evaluation as well as the highest A-Class Rank 1 Hero.
However, upon seeing Saitama’s overwhelming power against his fight with Garou, this leads him to make him the perfect hero like Saitama. But this also costed him for his monster identity to be revealed to the public and eventually would have him removed from the Hero Association as a hero.
He was voiced by Mamoru Miyano in Japanese, who has also voiced Pandora's Actor from Overlord, Douma from Kimetsu no Yaiba, Ryuuji Sakamoto from Persona 5 and Osaumu Dazai from Bungo Stray Dog and by Ben Lepley in English.
Appearance[]
Sweet Mask is a very elegant, tall, handsome young man with blue aqua hair that arrives at his chin and having golden pupils. In his initial appearance, he wore a white jacket along with a grey shirt underneath, a cross necklace around his neck, dark jeans and a pair of brown leather shoes. With his later appearance during Seafolk’s invasion, he is seen with shorter hair on the right. At the start of the Monster Association Arc, he is seen again with short hair and without his white jacket but a tight grey cloth that reveals his muscular body and now wearing a pair of black gloves and chains attached to his jeans. Whenever he is angered, his eyes also change color, turning from yellow to red.
Personality[]
According to Sweet Mask, he thinks that heroes must train to become stronger until they are strong enough to protect the country. As the most famous and popular idol around the world, he cares about his fans and the citizens in the cities, so much that he could be seen stressed thinking about a new method to entertain his fans. He has also stated that he wishes happiness to all living-beings in the universe, which ironically seemed to be the opposite as he showed his darker and cruel side when he murdered a group of member of the Dark Matter Thieves in cold blood since they're aliens. Another great example for his extremely cruel nature is when he attempted to murder all the innocent members of Narinki's Private Squad being brainwashed by Do-S and sent to attack him. He will also adopt any method in order to make him more popular as a hero since he cares very much about his rank within the organization. According to him, all S and A-Class heroes can draw his attention since they are the heroes that have the potential bring down his popularity. This is why he decides to stay as the highest ranked A-Class hero, so that he can act as a gate to not let any heroes who do not have the potential to be promoted to S-Class.
In addition to his arrogance he is also very narcissistic, very much like the A-Class hero Narcissistoic who deeply admires him. He stated that heroes not only need need strength but “have to beautiful as a well” and a great example would be Genos who fits Sweet Mask’s description as a perfect hero. With his statement, his biggest fear is also shown to be the opposite of what he likes and that is he fears ugly beings since he himself was ugly. Despite all have being said, he still does have a sense of justice and duty inside him. He still wants to help peoples and fight against evil.
Abilities[]
Immense Strength: After aliens of the Dark Matter Thieves were captured by other heroes, he easily murdered them with his bare hands and has also been shown to easily kill two monster with a single slash during his concert, as well as lifting a massive debris and throwing it away with one arm or crushing Demon-level monster Do-S’s head with just one hand.
High Regeneration: Due to his identity as a monster, he possesses great levels of regeneration in his body, as shown when he had a crack on his right eye caused by Do-S and almost instantly recovered it. He even with extremely deadly injuries like having his intestines and torso being exposed he could fully recover his body to normal.
Immense Reflexes and Speed: He moved his arms to kill the captured aliens with such speed that the S-Class heroes could not even do anything, as well as against a wave of attacks from Suppon killing him before he could land an attack.

- His former hero alias was Secret Mask, since it is a secret that he wears a mask that hides his identity.
- His current hero alias comes from him having a beautiful face, which he changed to Sweet Mask after sometime.
- Sweet Mask holds the number one spot in the One Punch Man popularity poll for over 196 days straight.
