She is voiced by Andrea Libman in Generation 3, who also voiced Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Maya the Bee, Lemon Meringue, Cylindria, and Madeline, and by Claire Corlett in Friendship is Magic. In the Japanese dub version from the series, she is voiced by Taeko Kawata.
