Swooper is a old and blind flyer in Land Before Time TV Show. He was first seen in The Hermit of Black Rock episode, he was lived in Black Rock while blind. When Petrie and Guido were been to the Black Rock he will help them to return the Great Valley. On the way his wings began to get tired, but wind helped them get to their destination. And then Swooper dwelt in the Great Valley.

History

When Petrie and Guido fall into Black Rock, and try to find a way out, they come across a grove of treestars. As they eat them, Swooper shows up and introduces himself, together with his two friends "Cliff" and "Abby" (who are in fact, rocky pillars). Guido gets the idea to have Swooper fly Petrie and himself back to the Great Valley, and upon hearing a description of the valley, Swooper decides he would like to live there, and agrees to go. Although he has hardly flown in many years, Swooper eventually becomes airborne, and with teamwork from the children, he makes it to the Great Valley with them. Swooper then resides in the Great Valley.

Appearance

Swooper, a blind pterosaur from The Land Before Time TV series episode, "The Hermit of Black Rock", is believed by some Land Before Time fans to be a depiction of Harpactognathus. He resembles a Pteranodon with the tail of a Rhamphorhynchus, having no teeth and a small, pointed crest on the back of his head. Swooper has a teal color with a grey belly, beak and fuzzy collar around his neck.
