Tabitha Stella Rylinn Templeton, (also known as Tabitha) is a major character of The Boss Baby franchise, serving as a minor character in the 2017 film, The Boss Baby, and a major character of the 2021 sequel film, The Boss Baby: Family Business.
She is the older sister to Tina Templeton and older daughter of Tim Templeton and Carol Templeton.
She is voiced by Nina Zoe Bakshi in The Boss Baby, and Ariana Greenblatt in The Boss Baby: Family Business who also played Ahsoka Tano in the flashback scenes of Ahsoka, and young Gamora in Avengers: Infinity War, Daphne Diaz in Stuck in the Middle, Koa in 65, Sasha in Barbie (2023), and Tiny Tina in Borderlands.
Personality[]
Tabitha is a caring child who wanted to become successful and rich like her uncle, as she tries to become smart and studies. She is very shy and doesn’t like to sing in front of people.
She is very caring towards her sister, Tina, as she bonded with her after the latter revealed to her that she is from Baby Corp.

Early Life[]
Tabitha Stella Rylinn Templeton was born by Tim Templeton and Carol Templeton, where she was raised by them, and would then visit to see her uncle, Theodore.
The Boss Baby[]
She first appeared at the end of the film, where it is revealed that she was being told the story of how Tim and his brother bonded when they were children.
The Boss Baby: Family Business[]
Tabitha first appears in the film, playing with her sister, her mom, and her dad. She is now starting 2nd grade, and is 7 years old. While getting ready for bed, Tabitha tells her father that they need to grow up, leaving him dishearten. At the pageant, Tabitha performs her solo. But when she sees that Tim has not shown up, she runs off the stage, crying. She is consoled by Tina, who reveals her identity and her mission. Tabitha agrees to help her younger sister by getting to the server and shutting down QT-Snap before it can go worldwide. They defeat Armstrong, Tim returns to normal, and he saves Tabitha. And then, Tabitha tells her father they don't need to grow up too fast. Ln Christmas Day, Tabitha performs her song, and she and her little sister go outside to play in the snow.
