Takashi Mitsuya is a major character in the manga and anime Tokyo Revengers. He is a founding member and the Second Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He was voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka in Japanese and Grant George in English.

Mitsuya is a young man with short grey hair. He has lavender eyes and muscular build. He has a dragon tattoo identical to Ken Ryuguji on the right of his head.
Personality[]
Mitsuya is collecterd young man. He once was the main point of confidence of Toman. He is pacificistc individual. Despite having spent a rough childhood, he maintains an optimistic nature.
