Name and gender[]
The Mothra Leo name was recently cannonized by Toho viva tie-in and games. Also Mothra Leo is male NOT female it was a mistranslation in the English Dub. LordGalvatronYT (talk) 19:06, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- That doesn't mean that its an excuse to revert that. Mothra Leo originated as a fan name in the west. Besides its REBIRTH OF MOTHRA. Not Birth and Rebirth of Mothra Leo. Also Wikizilla has lots of unsourced material, most of their articles like abilities and name of proof, just to name a few lack evidence. Meaning I could go onto their site and change their information. Its just like Wikipedia but Godzilla, King Kong and Gamera edition. Even at the end of that video they mention they have no evidence about Leo's name stating this: "We don't have any proof that Mothra Leo's name was inspired by the Western Zodiac." I know this because I watched the video constantly.- Yet you use one of their videos to prove one of your own arguments making it hypocritical. They are more sourced and reliable than Gojipeida as they sourced it in official tie-in material. In the English Dub it was an mistranslation. - That's a different story. It's mostly the RoM trilogy that is the biggest confusion with having a male Mothra in a rebirth trilogy that just makes no sense to me. Just leave it be.
