I like Optimus Prime, he is very cool as a leader and as a friend of the humans and the other autobots. But my favourite Transformers series are: Transformers Armada, they are very cool. But mostly in these series, I loved when they shaked hands with the Decepticons and made piece (just for a whille) but in the end, they made the piece official.
Optimus Prime is a main protagonist who leads the good guys to victory in battle against the evil decepticons. He is a true hero and the true leader of the autobots. I always knew that he could defeat the bad guys and he did it, he really did it successfully. Optimus Prime truly saved the entire world from the decepticons and their tyrannically corrupted leader named 'Megatron'. Optimus is a very great friend to humans, even though he is not a human, but he is an ally to the human race. The autobots and humans fought along side by side with each other against their common decepticon enemies.The autobots are truly good guys and they fight enemies that no other heroes can defeat. There is only one hero who can defeat these bad guys, and that hero is the leader of the autobots.
Optimus Prime is the awe-inspiring leader of the Autobot forces. Selfless and endlessly courageous, he is the complete opposite of his mortal enemy Megatron. Originally a mere civilian, he was chosen by the Matrix to command, the first in a number of heavy burdens he has been forced to bear. Another is his bringing of the Transformers' conflict to Earth. Every casualty, human or Cybertronian, weighs heavily on his spark. He does not show this side to his soldiers, and he never succumbs to despair. The Autobots need a decisive, charismatic leader, and that is what he gives them. It was that leadership which turned the tide of the Great War. On the battlefield, there are few who rival Optimus Prime's prowess. He is easily the strongest of any Autobot his size, and his ion blaster and his energon-axe are deadly weapons. He would sacrifice his life to protect his fellow Autobots or those under their care, and does so on a regular basis. His compassion for other sentient beings is his only real weakness, and one the Decepticons have taken advantage of time and again... though it's also the source of his strength!
Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots. Long ago, he was the humble leader of Cybertron's science division, which studied the AllSpark, and were protected by Lord High Protector Megatron's military. When Megatron was corrupted by The Fallen, Optimus discovered that he was the last of the Dynasty of Primes, hidden away when The Fallen destroyed their lineage. In response to Megatron's attempts to seize the AllSpark and conquer other worlds, Optimus assumed his proper title and rallied the Autobots to stand against the Decepticons. As obsessively as Megatron strives to achieve his objective, Optimus is equally as dedicated to stopping him, even at the cost of his life, his world, and—if necessary—his own people. It was on his order that the AllSpark was jettisoned into space, dooming Cybertron to a slow death and his people to a nomadic life. The sacrifices he has made weigh heavily on his spark, but they must be done, for there is no other choice. He knows the ambitions that lurk in Megatron's spark, and they must never see the light of day. Lives must be kept free from the threat of Megatron's tyranny, no matter the cost. This obsession with the defeat of Megatron has robbed Optimus of some of his early idealism. This has created a certain ruthlessness beneath his otherwise honest and caring personality. Prime is not one for second chances and is willing to consider any action that might lead to victory, short of directly sacrificing those he cares about.
The Autobots are one of the primary factions in the Transformers mythos. They usually find themselves defending both their own race and other species against the Decepticons and upholding justice and freedom throughout the galaxy. They are considered "the good guys" in all Transformers stories. A generally heroic, honorable group, they tend to be dedicated to peace, and feel a need to protect other races from the Decepticons. As a result, they are usually Transformers who change into non-combat oriented alternate modes such as domestic vehicles, cars, trucks, or rescue vehicles. This is not always the case, however, as their ranks certainly contain ne'er-do-wells, malcontents, and unsavory types, and the necessities of war have led many to adopt more combat-oriented alternate forms. While the Autobots have usually found themselves outnumbered by the Decepticons, the Autobots have always had home-field advantage, having not only the humans' military support, but also having more places on Earth to fall back on, while the Decepticons are entirely unwelcome on Earth. Key concepts that repeat throughout most continuities are the use of the name Prime (or a variation thereof) to denote Autobot leadership, and the existence of an artifact of great life-giving power, usually referred to as a "Matrix", traditionally held by their leader.

Optimus Prime has received more than 60 Valors with more than 600 victorious battles against the decepticons, he is a true hero who has fought so hard to protect the universe. Optimus is known for his extremely talented leadership skills and combat skills. He is incredibly smart, fast, intelligent, strong and brave. When Optimus Prime was very young, he used to be Orion Pax, who has changed his name into 'Optimus Prime'. As a young autobot, he was taught with math skills, reading skills, science, technology and combat skills. This very brave young warrior was able to take down a massive decepticon that was 20 feet taller than him with his bare hands. His autobot master has taught him those skills that he needed to learn to be able to defeat the bad guys. When he grew up, he became a very high ranking autobot officer, he even became an autobot commanding officer, and now he is the leader of the autobots. This is all because he ranked up with all of his combat skills and high ranking leadership skills, he was taught how to lead his team/army to victory in battle against the decepticons. Before his former leader died, he told Optimus that he would become a new autobot leader and gave him the matrix of leadership. The matrix of leadership tells the autobots who is the current leader of the autobots. He is the most trusted autobot because he is the only one that can stop the decepticons.
