She is an actress on whom Cat has an enormous crush. CatDog first met Tallulah during the musical "Abe Lincoln Superstar". Since then, she has become a major celebrity and good friend of Randolph's.
In "You're Fired", Tallulah is forever searching for her soul mate that's as loyal as a dog and as clever as a cat, who will take her in his arms and say "Baby, you're the one!". She can be very protective of her pet dog Fredo. She will hate people who burns the fur of Fredo.
In "Stunt CatDog", CatDog is hired to be a stunt, and Cat tries to get his kiss from Tallulah, but he had to deal with Randolph.
In "The Old CatDog and the Sea", CatDog on a talk show named "Talking with Tallulah", CatDog makes up a tale about a CatDog who hunts a swordfish named for Saw-Nose. But then, Cat gets disqualified and Dog wins a cruise with Tallulah for his heroic act, and Cat ends up living with the crabs inside the ship.
