Tank Evans is the main antagonist in Surfs Up and the sole antagonist turned-supporting protagonist of Surf's Up 2: WaveMania, it's direct-to-video sequel.
He is voiced by Diedrich Bader also voices Fiskerton.

Tank Evans is arrogant and jealous but he reforms towards the end of the sequel.
Tank also likes to cheat until he reformed in the sequel.
He seems to be cowardly as he got scared about his own life surfing during a thunderstorm.

Trivia
- Tank Evans was sometimes thought to be the secondary antagonist of the first film.
- Tank can be argued to be redeemed in the first movie, however, Tank did not reform in the first film but he reformed in the sequel though.
