Tassel, formerly known as Victor, is the narrator of Kamen Rider Saber.
He is portrayed by TOBI.

2000 years prior to the present day, Storious was part of a group of five travelers alongside Victor, Legeiel, Zooous and the man who would become the first Master Logos. The five sought to find the Wonder World in the hopes that its power could be used to give humanity a better life. They eventually found a mysterious woman from the Wonder World with the power to link the worlds and became her followers, becoming the first humans to set foot in the Wonder World after she enabled them to pass over. There, the five bore witness to the source of the Wonder World's power, the Book of Omniscience.
While Victor wanted to use the vast array of knowledge stored inside to give humanity a better life, Storious, Legeiel and Zooous into being corrupted by its power and sought to use it to enrich themselves. The three soon attempted to steal it and each tore a page from it, embedding the pages into themselves to become the very first Megid. The three were opposed by Viktor and his other companion, who founded the Sword of Logos to safeguard the Book of Omniscience and prevent the Megid or anyone else from abusing its power. The Megid would soon use the pages they had collected to create the Alter Ride Books and use them to build a vast army to fight against the Sword of Logos, triggering the War of the Wonder World. To ensure the Book of Omniscience's power would be less concentrated should it ever fall into anyone's hands, the mysterious woman split it up into dozens of pages, forming the Wonder Ride Books that the swordsmen of the Sword of Logos used to transform into Kamen Riders. The three largest portions of the Book were given to Viktor and Master Logos, with Victor taking one portion to safeguard himself while the first Master Logos took two to place in Northern and Southern Base. Victor would also become the Wonder World's new guardian, taking up the name "Tassel".
Present[]
Tassel observed Touma Kamiyama's adventures after joining the Sword of Logos. He was later visited by Yuri when the living sword was unsealed in the present day.
In light of the numerous emerging threats to the safety of both worlds, Tassel approached the current Master Logos to plead for his intervention. However, it was then that Master Logos revealed his own plans to use the Wonder Ride Books for personal gain and sealed Tassel when he protested.
After Touma harnessed the power of Primitive Dragon and used it to defeat Legeiel Forbidden, Tassel appeared in a vision to thank Touma for saving Primitive Dragon's soul. He then warned him of a forthcoming calamity and urged him to find his friend Luna before it was too late, before disappearing.
Tassel would eventually escape from his imprisonment and go to speak with Touma after Isaac's defeat. He revealed to Touma his history with the Megid and the first Master Logos, and the origin of the War of the Wonder World that began 2000 years ago. He further stated that Touma had been chosen by Luna, who was the living embodiment of the Wonder World, to succeed him as the Wonder World's guardian but that by succeeding him Touma would never be able to return to the world of the living.
Tassel would later return to the Wonder World to hunt for Luna only to be confronted by Storious, who sought to obtain his piece of the Great Book. Storious chased Tassel through the forest and attempted to seize his portion of the book, but Tassel could not bring himself to strike his old friend. Tassel asked Storious to remember why they sought the Wonder World in the first place in an attempt to reach him and stated that he did not wish to fight his old friend, commenting that the both of them were the only ones remaining out of the original five who had sought the Wonder World. Tassel then stated it was time for them to entrust the future to Touma and Luna, only for Storious to then stab Victor through the chest and proclaim that entrusting it to anyone else was foolish. A dying Tassel then apologized to Storious for how corrupted he had become, saying it was his fault for leading them all to seek the power of the Wonder World in the first place. Hearing this caused Storious to hesitate before pushing Victor's body to the ground and claiming his portion of the Great Book.
