Tatami Nakagame, also known as Turtle Neck, is a supporting character in the manga/anime series My Hero Academia. She is a second-year student at Ketsubutsu Academy High School, and made her debut during the Provisional Licensing Exam.
She is voiced by Megumi Han in the Japanese version of the anime, and by Kristen McGuire in the English version.
