Tatsuya Ukyo is the main protagonist of Project K's PSP spin-off Black Panther: Like a Dragon New Chapter and Black Panther 2: Like a Dragon Ashura Chapter. He is a former thug who later become one of the top fighters of Dragon Heat.
He was potrayed by Kengo Kora in LaDNC and Takumi Saitoh in both the live action adaptation and LaDAC.

Like a Dragon New Chapter[]
Sometimes during 2010, street punk Tatsuya Ukyo attempts to rob the Chinese mafia while impersonating a Tojo Clan enforcer. However, his heist goes awry, and in his escape, he accidentally kills a Tojo Clan yakuza, Naoki Toda.
Captured and brought before Toda's patriarch, Ryutaro Kuki, Tatsuya is given a brutal choice: either face arrest for murder or fight in Dragon Heat, an underground circuit where spectators gamble on ruthless battles. To win his freedom, he must claim victory in ten consecutive matches. With no other way out, Tatsuya steps into the ring.

- He is noted to be the second-youngest protagonist in the series, falling just behind Haruka Sawamura.
