Terramar is a supporting character in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. He is a hippogriff and a seapony, and Silverstream’s younger brother, Queen Novo's nephew, and Princess Skystar's cousin.
He was voiced by Cole Howard, who also played Kataru in LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu.
At some point in time, before or after Twilight Sparkle’s ascension to Princess, Terramar was born to his parents Sky Beak and Ocean Flow.
Season 8[]
Surf and/or Turf[]
Terramar appears for the first time transforming from hippogriff to pony at Mount Aris train station to greet Twilight Sparkle and the Cutie Mark Crusaders who acts as their tour guide on Mount Aris/Seaquestria to explain the union between the two races and why after the death of Storm King some have chosen to return to their land and others have decided to stay in Seaquestria.
After touring the mountain, Terramar tells them that he doesn't know what to choose between being with his sister Silverstream and his father Sky Beak or his mother Ocean Flow in Seaquestria. Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo argue over this, so Terramar hides in a nearby tree feeling ashamed, so that he is neither on land nor in the sea.
At the end of the episode, the Crusaders apologized to Terramar for the discussion and his parents appear and tell him that he doesn't have to choose between Mount Aris or Seaquestria, he can go and live wherever he wants. Terramar feels better this way and decides for himself and thanks everyone for their help.

He appears briefly with his parents as Silverstream explains to everyone what the condition of the Tree of Harmony is like.
Student Counsel[]
Terramar warns Starlight Glimmer that Silvestream is missing and joins her and the search team to find her. After colliding with a flock of cockatrice, they find Silverstream in the "Treehouse of Harmony", which she is so busy with a task she forgot to do that she forgot to go home.
The Last Crusade[]
Terramar appears as one of the characters in the Cutie Mark parade at their Appreciation Day parade.
The Ending of the End - Part 2[]
Appears during the final battle against Queen Chrysalis, Lord Tirek, and Cozy Glow. He is also seen in a flashback where Silverstream gathers all the hippogriffs for battle.
The Last Problem[]
He makes a cameo in Fluttershy's group photo during The Magic of Friendship Grows.
