Goals	Before redemption: Go down in criminal history. Get revenge on Diane for ridiculing them. Escape justice. The Bad Guys are the titular main protagonists of Aaron Blabey's book series and the 2022 film adaptations of the same name and its 2025 sequel.

They are a group of criminals commanded by Mr. Wolf who attempted to make their mark on bad guy history before realizing their mistakes and redeeming themselves.

Mr. Wolf

Wolf is the Bad Guys' founder and leader. He is a suave anthromorphic wolf that has always been mistreated because of his wolf status. He is also the first to atone for his mistakes. He is his teammates' best buddy, Agent Fox's/Diane Foxington's boyfriend, and Professor Marmalade's archenemy.

Mr. Snake

Wolf's best friend and the group's second in command is Snake. He's an expert in safe-cracking, escapology, and robbery planning. Snake, like Wolf, feels uneasy about his entire existence being viewed as a villain. He is the final redeemed member.

Mr. Shark

A master of disguise who assists the gang with many heists. He is well-known for being both silly and nice. His most famous theft was the theft of the Mona Lisa while costumed as the Mona Lisa.

Mr. Piranha

A walking piranha who is the muscle of the group (and has a fatal fart) and is described as fearless, strong, and generally insane. He is also dim-witted and a talented musician.

Mr. Tarantula/Miss Tarantula

A tarantula who serves as the team's hacker and is known as "Webs." She is one of the calmer members, but that doesn't keep her from becoming enraged when someone insults her or the squad. In the books, however, she is portrayed as a guy with the moniker "Legs".

Trivia

• Ms. Tarantula in the books was a male spider named "Legs." Ironically, she called Legs in the movies as well.
  • It is unknown why his gender was changed in the movie.
• Each member has demonstrated musical ability. Piranha is an excellent singer, Tarantula is an excellent DJ, Snake is an excellent bassist, Shark is an excellent drummer, and Wolf is an excellent dancer.
