An example of a female human Barsen'thor

The Barsen'thor was a Jedi Consular active during the Cold War between the Republic and the Sith Empire, and alongside the Hero of Tython was one of the most important and powerful Jedi of the time.

History

The Barsen'thor showed incredible Force potential at a young age and as such was assigned to the Jedi Master Yuon-Par. Yuon-Par specialized in archeaology and as such the Barsen'thor was educated in much of the same.  One of their first missions was in protecting priceless relics from the Flesh Raiders, who were prone to destroying Jedi artifacts. From there the Barsen'thor formed a partnership with a friendly Trandoshan named Qyzen Fess, an old friend of her masters. The two would soon be joined by others on their adventures, including another Jedi named Nadia Grell who became the Barsen'thor's apprentice and possible lover.

One of the Barsen'thor's missions was the search for the location of Fount of Rajivari, which contained many of the collected teachings of the fallen Jedi Master.  In the process the Barsen'thor attempted to stop another force-sensitive named Nalen Raloch from discovering the Fount of Rajivari. The Barsen'thor also participated in negotiations with diplomats and other figures in an attempt to further peaceful efforts in the galaxy. Yet another of the Barsen'thor's adventures involved battling the Sith plaguemaster Vivicar and attempting to save as many victims of his plagues as he/she could.

The Barsen'thor eventually came to learn that another Jedi Master named Bakarn, was an unwitting servant of the Sith Emperor, and dueled him in the caves of Corellia. The Barsen'thor triumphed but rather than slay the defeated Jedi Master attempted to help him reject the Sith Emperor.
