Cooper Howard, also known as The Ghoul, is the tritagonist of Amazon Prime's 2024 post-apocalyptic sci-fi television series Fallout, based on the video game franchise by Bethesda of the same name.
He was a Hollywood actor and former Vault-Tec representative before the Apocalypse, but was mutated into an immortal mutated creature known as a "Ghoul", and who attempts to find Siggi Wilizig and to reunite with his family.
He is portrayed by Walton Goggins
