Personality[]
A talking bird (Mainly with a Peacock Based Head) with a Spanish accent, the hat is perched on the Wiseman's head. The bird often interrupts or offers criticism of his owner ("Would you listen to this crap?"), and at one point, the two perform a Señor Wences routine. The hat also asks for contributions when his master falls asleep, and refers to those who seek the Wiseman's advice as "suckers."
