The Second Coming, better known as Orange, is the titular main protagonist of Animation vs. Education, a non-canon edutainment spin-off of the Animator vs. Animation franchise.

He is an orange stick figure that goes on adventures throughout various dimensions, meeting new allies and enemies while learning more about the world.

Appearance[]

The Second Coming is an orange artificial stick figure of average height with a hollow head.

Personality[]

The Second Coming is shown to be kind, intelligent and curious to learn more about the world. He quickly understands the concepts of mathematics, physics and geometry, becoming a master in using those powers in a fight. Despite being impulsive at times, resulting in his conflict with Euler's identity, he's very sympathetic towards others and helps them when needed, as shown when he saves Euler's life; tries to save Phi from the Hyper Diamond; and helps Blue recover from his addiction.

History[]

Animation vs. Math[]

TSC finds himself in a mysterious math dimension, a black void full of math equations. As he keeps playing with the symbols and discovering new things, he finds out Euler's identity is sentient, but it escapes. As he keeps going further with the equations, he finds it yet again and they enter a fight. TSC uses everything he learned to make math-attacks to attack it, even after Euler's identity clones itself and creates a giant from math equations. Eventually, TSC sends himself and Euler into another dimension that's 90 degrees rotated, causing chaos and nearly killing the identity. He manages to save its life before apologizing for what he's done. Euler's identity forgives him before helping him find a way out of the dimension, after which it's found by other sentient math equations, thus getting some friends.

Animation vs. Physics[]

Immediately after the events of the previous episode, TSC appears in a completely new dimension, which is controlled by physics rather than math. While trying to get out, new items keep appearing close to him that help him. He eventually sees a rocket in space, and uses the rope, ball and tree he has to launch himself into space, onto the rocket. As he flies through space, he gets himself a cowboy hat and encounters several planets. After saving himself from crashing onto the Sun, he encounters a black hole. When an apple hits him in the face and then flies into the black hole, TSC follows it. Somehow surviving being inside of a black hole and spaghettification, he starts shrinking until he's smaller than protons, eventually going through a worldsheet. As he reaches the barrier between past and future, he sees a future version of himself looking down on his past self.

It's revealed that Future TSC orchestrated the events of the episode, making the line, ball, rocket and other objects that allowed his past self to escape the planet he was stranded on at the beginning of the episode. Future TSC starts spinning the wheel that lets him throw objects into the past, revealing past TSCs that threw in all the other objects into the past world, from the magnets to the solar system. Future TSC than tells Present TSC to look up, revealing that another TSC has already entered the barrier between past and future: they are trapped in a time loop. He then makes his leave and disappears, with the time loop continuing as "present" TSC becoming the new Future TSC for his successor.

Animation vs. Geometry[]

TSC finds himself in yet another new dimension, this one obeying the laws of geometry. As he experiments, he encounters the sentient equation Phi; unlike Euler's identity, Phi is friendly and teaches TSC geometry. However, their fun is ruined when a hostile Four-Dimensional Hyper Diamond enters the scene and starts attacking everything. TSC and Phi battle the creature, but nothing is able to stop it. Realising its weakness is golden ratios, Phi creates a dodecahedron and locks itself inside it. TSC throws the shape at the Hyper Diamond, neutralizing the creature seemingly at the cost of Phi's life. TSC enters the dodecahedron and finds dozens of other versions of himself; one of these is the vs. Physics TSC, still with the cowboy hat, who waves back at the current Orange, scaring him away. The dodecahedron shrinks down to nothingness.

Animation vs. Addiction[]

In yet another mysterious dimension, TSC finds Blue, who is struggling with his addiction to colorful buttons that represent dopamine. He first tries to stop him by force, such as restraining him and stopping him from chasing more, he helps him overcome his addiction with meditation, helping him get rid of all the intrusive thoughts that are trying to bring him back to it. While it's a long process, with Blue even punching him in anger, he eventually manages to overcome his issues.

Trivia[]

  • It's possible this TSC is the dream version of the real TSC, as Alan Becker entertained the possibility of AvEducation being all a dream.
