Mikhail Char Legwork, better known by his moniker, The Watchmaker, is one of the overarching supporting character in 2023 Science-Fantasy Turn-Based Role-Playing Video Game Honkai: Star Rail. He was the mythical and alleged founder of Penacony who is shrouded in myths, he's also one of the nameless, alongside Tiernan and Razalina. Together, they both disembark from the Astral Express and becoming the heroes in Penacony's War for Independence. He was a friend of Gopher Wood, before their friendship soured with Mikhail C. Legwork become cynical and Gopher Wood becoming fanatical, after witnessing his friend suffered the terrorist attack in his home.
He is voiced by Cory Yee (Who also voiced Gorou from Genshin Impact) in English dub.

- As the creator of the Clockie Theme-Park, Mikhail C. Legwork was based on the America's famous entertainment entrepeneur and animator, Walter Elias Disney (aka Walt Disney).
- It also helped that Clockie, the mascot character based on The Watchmaker, is based on Mickey Mouse, the mascot of Walt Disney Productions.
