The Wise Old Crab

Shelly, better known as The Wise Old Crab, is a major character in Nicktoons: Battle for Volcano Island and SpongeBob SquarePants featuring Nicktoons: Globs of Doom. He acts as the mentor for the Nicktoons heroes through the games. He is presumed to be the leader of the crabs and also leads them.

Nicktoons: Battle for Volcano Island

The Wise Old Crab first was seen along with two other student crabs honoring the Choson Ones at Summoner's Rock. However Mawgu came and scattered the heroes over Volcano Island. However SpongeBob and Danny fell from the sky and gave hope to him. He then helped SpongeBob, Danny and the other heroes in defeating Mawgu and save Volcano Island.

The Wise Old Crab returns in SpongeBob SquarePants featuring Nicktoons: Globs of Doom as the mentor of the Nicktoons heroes, and the villains. He has made a giant lab from, what once was, Mawgu's lair. He took care of the people who the team had saved from the goo in the worlds and gave tips to the team during their adventure.
