~ T-Dog to Rick about the prisoners. |
Theodore Douglas, better known as T-Dog or simply T, was a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. T-Dog is a kind, selfless, physically strong man willing to fight for his allies. He served as a supporting protagonist during Season 1, Season 2, and the first quarter of Season 3, where he served as one of Rick's right-hand men for a short time. He is killed in the fourth episode of Season 3, "Killer Within", when a hostile prisoner survivor named Andrew lured a herd of walkers into the Prison and caused the death of T-Dog, who got bit several times by walkers as he helps a fellow member of his group, Carol, get to safety.
Personality
T-Dog was a quiet man. He rarely spoke, but will speak up when matters arise. T-Dog would sometimes feel insecure and would feel guilty when something bad happens to his group. He is also a little clumsy but will protect his group from threats or dangers whenever possible. He got along with most people, except Merle. He was very religious. This showed when he told Carol that his inevitable death is part of God's plan, who always watches him, and also when Glenn said he was saving old people and bringing them to the church.
