Ben Grimm, better known as the Thing, is a super hero and a member of The Fantastic Four also the New Avengers. He make his debut in the Yost Universe Animated series Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes voiced by Fred Tatasciore. Who also voice the character of Hulk alongside his evil counterpart.

History[]

Early Life[]

Ben's life before the events of the series is unknown, although it can be assumed that he had the same origin as the rest of his counterparts. He and his team would obtain amazing abilities after a failed space expedition. Ending up as a monster made of rocks, Ben Grimm would become The Thing as part of the Fantastic Four. He and the Fantastic Four would have many adventures while fighting against many enemies. Of all the villains they faced, Doctor Doom was one of his most powerful and recurring villains.

Meeting the Avengers[]

When the Chest of Ancient Winters was opened, The Thing helped the Avengers to fight the Dark Elves in their ice forms. Few weeks later after the Avengers saved Asgard, Thing and Johnny visited the Avengers Mansion for a game of poker where he gets attacked immediately by the Hulk. Starting a fight between them.

Personality[]

He might seem to be grim (in particular he's known to resent being the only member of the Fantastic Four not to retain their human appearance), but has a joyful personality. He likes to play poker and insult other people or beat them up.

Cold Resistance: Thing can withstand extreme cold with his rock-like skin
