Based on the catgories you have removed, I can point out why they fit:
Merciful: (nevermind since apparently Lethal heroes can count as merely attacking another person in a violent way, with Tom and Jerry both being great examples)
Loyal: Tom definitely counts, being friendly, faithful, and obbident to his owners and masters in doing his job, and even Jerry as well since his friendship/rivalry with him isn't malicious. Both also do represent that as they both count on each other to put aside their differences and defeat the true evil.
Genius: Like Jerry, Tom also does count let alone both being voices of reason. Since they both have high intelligence and crafty personas, and know what they are doing, with usual cases being to benefit them for the good, especially when they team up. Even if Tom can have the unusual habit of being reckless, it's not to say he is at all stupid.
Charismatic: Given how Tom is cocky in a bold fashion, his charisma often leads to his charm increasing how great he is in terms of attracting friends in team, expressing himself very dearly, and to the point where he can even fight back against Butch to win the love of his girlfriend. (which can even bring up the category "Casanova" for him since he often flirts with her with it at times being for comedic purposes, while defeating Butch in the process)
Wise: Like Jerry, Tom also can apply what they know to strategies with ease while knowing what they do and what goes on. Tom may have the unusual tendency of being reckless which is a weakness for him, but it's not to say otherwise.
Also the bonus category "Guardians" fit him too, since his main occupation is a house cat. A cat that is tasked to protect and guard properties and things in particular from harm, as usually instructed by his owners and masters to do so.
The moment someone added in the category "Tricksters" to the character which does fit him, I planned to add more categories that fit him too. If it's the same admin who still refused to have me put in categories either way, then I don't know what to say else in defense.
Even "Theatrical Heroes" as the original Tom and Jerry cartoons were theatrical shorts, and "Live-Action Heroes" too due Anchors Aweigh and Dangerous When Wet. Hell, the upcoming theatrical Tom and Jerry movie at that will even be an animated/live-action hybrid film. Yet they are removed somehow.
And two original categories that did fit him were also removed too by the admin ironically.
