Biography[]
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance[]
Tibarn was first seen spectating a battle between the Greil Mercenaries, assisting the Begnion Empire, and the Daein army masquerading as pirates. Tibarn was tempted to attack the Begnion ship but was turned down on since they were already weakened. He attended the meeting at Goldoa that was hosted by Dheginsea. Naesala mocks Tibarn for his lack of knowledge of Princess Elincia, leading for an argument between the two to almost escalate. He explained to the dragon king how his conflict with Begnion is still active until they could answer for their crimes. After Reyson was sold to Oliver by Naesala, Tibarn goes on a search for him after they interrogated Nealuchi. Tibarn and his fellow hawks are seen at the Serenes Forest looking for Reyson. After Reyson was found, Tibarn strongly forbade him from singing the dirge of ruin as it would eliminated every being in the forest including himself. While they were on their way back to Phoenicis, they spot another heron on Ike's back, leading for Tibarn and his company to reluctantly assist Ike. After Oliver was defeated, Tibarn has a brief conversation with Leanne, who still remembers him. He then questioned why Ike chose to help Leanne against the forces of Duke Tanas. After Ike revealed it was the request of the apostle, he believed it was nonsense as the herons were blamed for the previous apostle's death. After Reyson and Leanne forgave the apostle, Tibarn departed back to Phoenicis with Leanne. He briefly returned to send Janaff and Ulki to assist Ike and his company, with Reyson tagging along. Tibarn is later seen back at Phoenicis as he tasked a fellow hawk, Lotz, to watch over Leanne. He later discovered Leanne missing and a mortally wounded Lotz, who revealed the Black Knight attacked him and kidnapped Leanne. Tibarn swore vengeance against the Black Knight as soon as Lotz succumbed to his wounds. After Ike's forces have defeated Gromell's forces, Tibarn finished off the other Daein army who attempted to push the boulders on Ike and others. During the meeting, Tibarn voiced his disgust with Dheginsea's neutrality ideals. He also revealed to Reyson about Leanne's whereabouts. Tibarn headed to Nados Castle to attack the Daein forces. After he retreated, he warned Ike about the Black Knight, who was present in the castle. After the Black Knight's defeat, Ena revealed to the group about Leanne's presence at the Gritnea Tower. Tibarn agreed to assist Ike and others to search for Leanne. After Heddwyn and his forces were defeated, they head inside the tower where they encountered Naesala, who already rescued Leanne. Tibarn proposed a plan to have Naesala fight against Ashnard, who then refused. During the battle against Ashnard, he is one of three royals that could be called into battle. After Ashnard's defeat, he is present witnessing Rajaion be warped back by Leanne and Reyson's galdr of rebirth. Tibarn congratulated Ike by welcoming him to his country, Phoenicis. He told Ike about what kind of food is eaten there. After congratulating, he headed back to his country.
Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn[]
Tibarn made his first appearance when the Phoenicis messenger was murdered by the Begnion Senate. Tibarn prepared an attack against Begnion's supply unit, unbeknownst to him that he was deceived into attacking the Central Army by Naesala. After his army and civilians in his country suffered multiple casualties, he retreated into Ike's camp to rest. After he awakened, he agreed to have Ike's unit burn the senator's supplies while him and his soldiers fight in the main field. As Ranulf was defeated by Zelgius, Tibarn intervened and clashed with Zelgius' blade. Honored by Zelgius' actions of warning him about his country's massacre, he returned the favor by having him retreat back to the supply camp. After Skrimir was defeated by Zelgius, the Laguz Alliance temporarily disbanded as a peace proposal has been made by Zelgius, leading for Tibarn to seek around at Begnion. Tibarn discovered Sigrun, who was hesitant to enter the Castle of Gaddos. After Ike's force made it past the rivers guarded by the Daein soldiers, led by Micaiah, everyone made their way into the Kauku Caves. After Septimus and his forces were routed, Tibarn and the others accidentally ended up on the land of Goldoa. As Tibarn explained to Dheginsea how being in his country was a mistake, the dragon king refused to take the excuse and demands Tibarn and the others to leave back from that same cave, much to everyone's disgust. It led to Tibarn criticizing Dheginsea's decision of being neutral when the laguz were suffering. Tibarn is then seen arriving to the battlefield where Elincia proposed the commanders of each side to leave as she dropped her weapon. Tibarn and the other laguz agreed to back out of the battle, while Valtome's forces remain. During his meeting with the other rulers, he demanded the Serenes Forest to be returned to the herons when Sanaki reclaims the throne, which she agreed to. Tibarn arrived to assist Ike and his company as he brought Leanne along in the battle at the bridge that borders between Crimea and Daein. When Daein were planning on dumping oil and setting the apostle and her soldiers aflame, Tibarn snatched Sothe and planned on dropping him if they don't back down. After Micaiah's refusal to retreat, the hawk king dropped Sothe, only for Ulki to save him. After the Nox Castle has been decimated by Kurthnaga, Tibarn retreated along with everyone else. When Ike and the others prepared to battle against Micaiah's forces once more, Tibarn and his allies discovered Rafiel working with Micaiah, which left Tibarn disgusted. Tibarn joined the battle with his Phoenicis forces. After Reyson and the other herons collapsed from the raging medallion, he rushed back to where the medallion was being kept. He encountered Naesala and wanted to finish him off for his betrayal but was being ordered down by Sanaki. The Hawk Army battled against Senator Valtome and the rest of his forces, in which they were the victor once the senator and his army were routed. Once they discovered Izuka, Tibarn swore to viciously kill Izuka for what he's done to the laguz that he captured. After Izuka was defeated, Tibarn witnessed Reyson singing a mournful galdr, the Repose of Souls, after all of the other feral laguz along with Izuka. During the Tower of Guidance (If Tibarn is deployed), he will become very violent and chaotic towards Lekain for all of the suffering he put on all of the laguz, particularly the herons. As Ike and the Black Knight, who is revealed to be Zelgius, clashed blades, Tibarn charges directly at Zelgius for vengeance of Lotz and the other dead Phoenicis kinds. He then lets Ike fight the Black Knight, which Ike was then victorious. When confronting Dheginsea, he wanted the dragon king to answer for his isolation that led to the laguz being enslaved and mistreated for a long time. After Ashera's defeat, Tibarn united all bird tribes and earned them great respect from other nations.
