Tickles

Tickles is a supporting protagonist in The Land Before Time IV: Journey Through the Mists.

He is of unknown species (perhaps a mouse or rat but not an opossum) and was so named because he, in Ducky's words, had "tickly fuzzies all over him." He appears in The Land Before Time IV: Journey Through the Mists. He is very intelligent and very brave, but unable to speak except through high-pitched squeaks, which are translated via his body language. His mute but brave nature makes him very relatable to Spike.  

Bio

Tickles is the first mammal to have any significance in a series about dinosaurs, Tickles is a small rodent-like creature found by Spike in the Valley of the Mists in the gang's search for the night flowers. Taking a liking to the gang, he joins them on their travels around the valley until they decided to leave back for the great valley, at which point they parted company. He's probably still in the Land of Mists.
