Tiggra is the main protagonist in the book Tiger's Quest and its sequel, Tiger's Quest II: The Second Quest. He is an albino tiger and the main character in both the books and the audio dramas. In the first audio drama, he was voiced by 12 year old Stephanie Serfozo as a cub and Phil Snyder as an adult. In the second audio drama, he was voiced by David Ault. He is followed from cubhood to death in the series.
Personality[]
As a cub, Tiggra is about 9–10 years old (Human Equivalent). He is shown to be friendly, innocent, and rather feisty. He is shown to love his mother, and to fear The Time Of Leaving, stating that he wants to stay with her forever. After his family's deaths, he is left to fend for himself, and, surprisingly, survives to adulthood.
As an adult, Tiggra is about 23–24 years old (Human Equivalent). He now has a new home in the barrier thicket, and lives with his mate, Clairese. However, soon after, the two are chased from their home by The Killers. After a long journey, they finally find a new home and give birth to four cubs: Firberan, Joshua, Claira, and Windie. He has a pleasant life with them until The Killers return. After saving his mate and cubs on numerous occasions, he is shot and killed by Edward Laskey, who is later killed by Clairese, avenging not only Tiggra's death, but the deaths of his family and several others.
Appearance[]
As a cub, he has white fur, pink eyes, a slender build, and a pink nose. His design is rather feminine, being rather similar to his sister Princess, and not his brothers Riss, Donner, and Jasco.
As an adult, he is rather similar to his cub design, but clearly much older. He has white fur, pink eyes, and a pink nose. However, unlike his cub design, he has an athletic build and has larger paws, contrary to the young Tiggra having quite small paws. He has a injury on his left foreleg after getting into a fight with a rhino that never healed completely.
