Tim Lockwood Is Flint Lockwood's father from Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs. He is voiced by James Caan. Tim is a sardine fisherman who believes his son should carry on his work, but it takes a while for him to believe in Flint and help him save the town form disaster.
