Tina Templeton aka Boss Baby is a major character of the The Boss Baby franchise. She is a minor character in The Boss Baby, and the deuteragonist of The Boss Baby: Family Business.
She is the younger sister of Tabitha Templeton and the youngest daughter of Tim Templeton and Carol Templeton.
She is voiced by Amy Sedaris, who also voiced Cinderella in Shrek the Third. another DreamWorks film.

Tina is a baby with fair skin. She has brownish-red hair tied up in pigtails. She wears the exact suit of Boss Baby but she wears a different tie of which is more bigger at the bottom and is the color yellow. Tina also has a golden pacifier.

Biography[]
Tina is a new boss baby with a cutting-edge approach and a can-do attitude is attitude to bring them again and inspire a new family business. Tabitha is at the top of her class at the prestigious Acorn Center for Advanced Childhood, idolizes her Uncle Ted who was a Boss Baby and wants to be become like him, but her father, Tim worries that she's working to hard and is missing out on a normal childhood. When a baby Tina reveals that she is a top secret agent for BabyCorp on a mission to uncover the dark secrets behind Tabitha's school and it's mysterious founder, Dr. Erwin Armstrong, it will reunite the Templeton brothers in unexpected ways, leading them to re-evaluate the meaning of family and discover what it really matters is each other. She doesn't like her father and her youngest uncle fighting each other and when they were turned turn into babies they learned to get along. She's not like most children because her brain level is like a genius.
She thinks Dr. Armstrong is trying to make babies so they can rule the world without remorse and care is very wrong.
