The Toad General is a minor character in The Super Mario Bros. Movie. He is the leader of the Toad Council of the Mushroom Kingdom, and is the highest-ranking member under Princess Peach's rule.
He is a blue Toad, sporting glasses, and a bowtie.
Synopsis[]
Before the movie began, a young baby girl, Peach, was found by all the other Toads who raised her in the Mushroom Kingdom. and when things went right, after completing the Training/Obstacle Course after so many tries, the Toad General was able crown Peach, as princess.
At Peach's castle, The General announces that the evil Bowser was found the super star from the Snow Kingdom and will destroy the entire Mushroom Kingdom, explaining and demonstrating through an interactive 3D map to the rest of his council and Princess Peach. Although Cranky Kong doesn't make alliances, he wished Princess Peach the best of luck on convincing him to save her kingdom, even with the help of Mario, to find his missing brother Luigi. But when Peach returned with the Kong army captured by Bowser, she told him and the other Toads to evacuate the kingdom into the forest. After Bowser's shrinking defeat, the general and all the other Toads returned to the Kingdom.

Toad General's appearance has a close resemblance to the Hint Toad from the Toad Brigade; both are blue Toads who wears glasses.
Unlike other Toads, the General speaks in a deep voice.
Due to his appearance in the movie having the somewhat same role as Toadsworth, many fans believe that due to the latter's long absence, the Toad General will replace him in future games.
