~ Todd to Dana

Todd is the main protagonist of the cartoon show Wayside.

Todd is a transfer student and is also a normal student. He is in Ms. Jewel's class on the 30th floor. After an accidental event with Kindergarteners and toys, he entered Wayside School for the first time. He is the only one to have some unsureness through the school. Principal Kidswatter only refers to him as "334 South Fair View" and Fluffy the Porcupine strongly dislikes him despite his owner, Maurecia having a huge crush on Todd and Mrs. Jewls always writes his name on the discipline list and sends him home early on the Kindergarten Bus for doing nothing wrong.

Todd is voiced by Michael Cera (pilot) and Mark Rendall (series).

Appearance[]

Todd is a short boy with a lanky appearance, he had an orange messy hair with straight bangs, white round eyes with black dots and a pair of buck teeth. He wears a blue high-collared shirt over a white long-sleeved shirt, green baggy pants and white & red rubber shoes.

Trivia[]

  • Todd seems to be a composite of his character in the books and Sue from Sideways Arithmetic, being a new student who doesn't really understand how Wayside works.
  • In the books, Todd was one of the happiest kids in the school, but in the show, he's often worried and depressed.
