~ Lonnie taking on the alias of Tombstone. |
Alnzo Thompson Lincoln, better known simply as Lonnie or his alias Tombstone, is one of the two deuteragonists (alongside Norman Osborn) of the Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man animated series, set in the multiverse depicted in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Formerly the captain of the Rockford T. Bales High School football team, Lonnie would later be forced to drop out after becoming a member of the 110th Street Gang in order to protect his younger brother and take his spot. As he's caught in the war between The 110th Street Gang and the Scorpions (a rival gang), Lonnie is stuck living a double life as he hides his new occupation from his family and friends, and finds himself slowly beginning to enjoy his newfound lifestyle.
He's voiced by Eugene Byrd.
Appearance[]
Lonnie is a fairly tall African-American teenage boy. His hair is stylished in locs and was typically seen wearing the Rockford T. Bales High School hoodie before discarding it at the end of season 1. After accidentally inhailing a mysterious gas from an Oscorp truck, his skin has started to slowly become white in appearance.
Personality[]
Lonnie's shown to be a friendly, outgoing, and charismatic teenage boy who was quite popular at school. Despite Peter's initial assumptions about him being the kind of guy who would use him to get a good score on a test without putting in any actual effort, Lonnie is actually quite smart and is more than willing to contribute on a group project. He also had a love for football before being forced to drop out. He's known for being selfless and protective as he's seen worrying about his younger brother when he finds out he secretly joined the 110th Street Gang and immediately takes his place in order to protect him from any kind of danger.
After becoming a member of the 110th Street Gang, Lonnie's personality slowly begins to turn darker. Although he was initially reluctant in taking part in any of the gangs' activities, as well as hating being forced to drop out of his football team due to constantly being called by Big Donovan, he starts to enjoy the respect from his fellow gang members after he saved Big Donovan from an attack by the Scorpion. Despite this however, he's still shown to have morals as he refuses to let his friends or family get involved in this lifestyle or hurt any kind of innocent civilians, only willing to fight against the Scorpions. He also stops Spider-Man from killing Scorpion, despite the fact he tried to kill the both of them before. This is due to the fact Lonnie didn't want the vigilante to be the same kind of man as Gargan, showing he's merciful and honorable.
