Toons, better known by their names, are the main protagonists of the Roblox game Dandy's World. They do not have voice actors and instead talk through chat bubbles that appear above their head.
Overview[]
The Toons are a species of mascot characters that were created for an educational TV series called Dandy's World. They were designed by Arthur Walton and were brought to life by Delilah Keen. The vast majority of Toons seem to be some sort of inanimate object brought to life, though not all of them are objects, such as Flutter the Butterfly and Connie the Ghost. Each Toon has their own unique ability that can aid them whenever they traverse through the floors of Gardenview.

Main Toons[]
The Main Toons are the main characters of the in-universe television show Dandy's World.
Vee, Astro, Shelly, Sprout, and Pebble.
- Astro Novalite: Dandy's best friend and the possible main protagonist. He has a moon-shaped head, with one eye and a cross where his eye should be. His ability is regenerating stealth of everyone around him, including himself. ("Dream Big With Astro")
- Dandicus "Dandy" Dancifer: The star of the show and overarching antagonist of the game. He sells the players items on even-numbered floors, but if they don't buy anything from him, he turns into a Twisted after a consecutive amount of times, being able to kill Toons with one hit. He is only playable by the developers and is overpowered, having five stars on all stats.
- Pebble Dancifer Jr.: Dandy's pet. He is a rock with a rock tail who is very close to Dandy. The other Toons can understand Pebble fine, especially Coal. His ability is alerting the Twisteds of his location, lowering his stealth. ("Plant Kindness with Dandy and Pebble")
- Shelly Fossilian: The least known main Toon. Shelly is all about the Jurassic era and collecting fossils. However, no one seems to notice or care a lot about her, excluding Tisha and the other Main Toons. Her ability is encouraging other Toons, giving them higher extraction speed. ("Discover Fun with Shelly")
- Sprout Seedly: A baker who is friends with Cosmo. He is straight-foward and protective, and can get angered when he is wronged. His ability is giving a cupcake to a toon that can heal them, costing 100 tapes. ("Bake Kindness with Sprout")
- Vee Version 1: A television headed Gameshow host who is apathetic and egotistical. She is shown to be easily annoyed and somewhat insecure. Her first ability is highlighting all the Twisteds on a floor. Her second ability is highlighting all the unfinished Machines on a floor. ("Win Prizes with Vee")

Regular Toons are most of the other characters in the in-universe show, Dandy's World.
Common Toons[]
- Boxten: A shy purple music box, and one of the two Starter Toons alongside Poppy. He is shown to worry a lot and is afraid of messing things up. His ability is gaining a bit more extraction speed for every alive toon in each round.
- Cosmo: A swiss roll-like pastry who is Sprout's best friend and right-hand chef. He's a helpful, but anxious toon who's also somewhat gullible. His ability allows him to sacrifice some of his own health to heal another Toon if they're hurt.
- Looey: A yellow balloon who is a member of a circus troupe. He's cheerful and optimistic for the most part, but has a nervous side he prefers to not show to others. His ability allows for other Toons to gain a bit more speed when they lose health
- Poppy: A bubbly blue bubble, and one of the two Starter Toons alongside Boxten. She is an outgoing toon who loves to talk to others, though she can be a bit loud. Her ability allows her speed to increase 50% for a couple of seconds whenever she's attacked by a Twisted.
- Shrimpo: A shrimp abdomen, and the weakest toon out of them all. He's a loud, rude, and one-note bully who hates everyone and everything. His ability makes his stealth significantly lower than anyone else's.
- Tisha: A cyan tissue box who is a real neat freak. She loves cleanliness and organization almost to the point of obsession, and she seems to be particular friends with Shelly. Her ability allows her to make a pulse giving any surrounding Toon a short speed boost.

Uncommon Toons[]
- Brightney: A magenta and very studious lamp. She is a smart problem-solver who loves to help her friends, though she may be overworked. Her ability is to shine a light on Twisteds for about eight seconds, which can be especially helpful during blackouts
- Connie: A snarky light blue ghost girl. She's a mischievous spirit who lies about her achievements, but ultimately cares about her friends. Her ability is to turn invisible for five seconds so that Twisteds won't be able to see her.
- Finn: An energetic fish bowl who has a love for all things ocean-related. He expresses his love for sea life in the form of puns, but he can go overboard with them at times. His ability gives him a 10-second speed boost every time he completes a machine.
- Razzle & Dazzle: A pair of conjoined mask twins. Razzle is a white comedy mask who's the more happy-go-lucky and optimistic of the pair. While Dazzle is a dark gray tragedy mask who's more melancholic and pessimistic. Their ability allows them to boost movement speed on some floors and extraction speed on other floors.
- Rodger: A one-eyed magnifying glass who's a detective at heart. He's an intelligent fellow who likes to search for the truth, he's also shown to be a father-figure to Toodles. His ability allows him to collect double the research he finds.
- Teagan: A polite teacup who likes to commence tea parties with others. She knows all of the Toons' favorite kinds of tea, and she seems to be among the most mature of the Toons. Her ability allows her to heal herself at the cost of a hundred tapes.
- Toodles: A curious 8-ball who is the youngest Toon of the bunch. She wants to prove herself to be helpful for someone her age and doesn't like admitting her fears. Her ability allows her to get a random boost on one of her stats.
Rare Toons[]
- Flutter: A pink butterfly who is mute. Despite not being able to talk, the other Toons can understand her clearly, and she's been shown to be a good friend to others. Her ability allows her to dash really quickly for less than a second.
- Gigi: A red gachapon who loves to collect things. She's a laid-back but chaotic girl who is possibly a hoarder. Her ability allows her to summon a random item in her arsenal.
- Glisten: A mirror who, at first glance, seems to be vain and proud of himself. But behind that exterior, he is quite insecure, and he becomes defensive if anyone notices his insecurity. His ability allows him to teleport to where a specific Toon is.
- Goob: One of the craft siblings, Goob is a fluffy craft with long arms and a big heart. He love to hug others more than anything else, and speaking of hugs, his ability allows him to grab onto another toon and pull them towards him.
- Scraps: One of the craft siblings, Scraps is a cat-like paper craft who acts like a cat despite not actually being one. Regardless, she cares about other people's well being, especially her little brother Goob. Her ability allows her to latch her tail to another toon's location and pull herself to it.

Christmas Toons[]
- Bobette: A red bauble ornament and one of the Main Toons. She loves Christmas with all of her heart, and is enthusiastic, playful, and loves to make others happy during the holidays. Her ability allows her to hide in a box for a short time, allowing Twisted to not see her for a little bit.
- Coal: Bobette's pet, she is a rock, much like Pebble. She is a grumpy, but well-trained rock who, unlike the other Holiday Toons, doesn't care that much about Christmas. Her ability allows her to highlight items across the area for ten seconds, making them easier to find.
- Ginger: A gingerbread cookie, as well as Cosmo's cousin. She is a timid Toon who, unlike her cousin, is actually pretty bad at baking. Her ability, much like Cosmo, allows her to sacrifice some of her health to give to another Toon in need of some.
- Rudie: An anthropomorphic reindeer who is inspired by Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. He loves Christmas a lot, so much so that he thinks everyday is Christmas. His ability allows his antlers to quickly charge, making him speed up for a short while.
