Topaz is a major antagonist and playable character in Honkai: Star Rail. She served as the main antagonist of Jolted Awake from a Winter Dream Future Market storyline. She and Numby is a Senior Manage of Interastral Peace has a bank account for people. However, in the other hand like everyone in the IPC she is corrupt, but is more affable compared to the others.
She is voiced by Lu Minyue in Chinese, Yoshino Nanjō (Who voiced Trigger in Zenless Zone Zero) in Japanese, Bang Si-u in Korean, and Sam Slade in English (who also voiced Anby Demara in Zenless Zone Zero). Nanjō also voiced Eli Ayase in Love Live! and Shirabe Tsukuyomi in Symphogear.

Topaz has a short white silver with red streak hair, blue eye, grey hair clip, dark red cap, sleeve less jacket with unbutton at her chest, black Collar, black sleeveless blazer attached with a wirst, a black belt, the black glove, a golden rope on her left leg and black wrist on her right arm, and a black heeled boots.
Biography[]
Topaz is born on a small, unremarkable planet that name only know to it native inhabitants. That planet was extreme resource-poor. Therefore, people need to work laboriously, manufacturing product to create an export product to other civilizations in the universe. Most insisted on chemical and heavy industries. Which slowly turn planet to become a toxic environment. People with enough money buy tickets to leave a planet while the rest were waited for their death.
The Interastral Peace Corporation (IPC) came to her home planet and used their technology to heal the damaged environment through their terraforming devices, in exchange for the planet inhabitants becoming IPC employees. In only a few years after the contract, the planet biosphere is healed completely. This makes Topaz believe that IPC would help planets they make a contract by the will of their Aeon Qlipoth, God of Preservation.
