Toyohisa Shimazu is a supporting character in the Samurai Warriors video game series. He is Yoshihiro Shimazu's nephew who is joined his uncle in the battle.
He was voiced by Shunzo Miyasaka, who also voiced Nezha from the Warriors Orochi franchise.
History[]
Toyohisa took part in the earliest battle of his uncle in Kyushu and desperately launched a battle against their Tachibana opponent in Mimikawa. Under the guidance of Yoshihiro, Toyohisa learned the correct warrior behavior from him.
He was said to become like his uncle for someday and helped his father, Iehisa, who violates the wishes of the elders in the Battle of Okitanawate. As the young obeyed the command in the battle and performed well, Yoshihiro supplemented him and allowed him to join the clan's conquest of the island.
Immediately after the occupation of Kyushu, Iwaya Castle and Tachibanayama Castle were occupied, and then Shimazu defeated the huge army of Hideyoshi. During the battle, Toyohisa is give own chance and protests the shame of surrender, but abide by his uncle's decision. As a condition of their new alliance, Toyohisa went later helped Toyotomi attacked on Oshu and Odawara Castle.
Toyohisa is being entertained by Mitsunari and Yoshihiro decided to rest assured their own contentment. Later on, he shot Naotora in direct range before being killed by Tadakatsu. His last moment touched many with sympathy for Yoshihiro.
