Trailblazers of the Astral Express

The Trailblazers, or commonly known as the Astral Express Crew are the main protagonistic faction of Honkai: Star Rail. Originally used by Akivili, the Aeon of Trailblaze, Himeko discovered the Express centuries after THEIR death and re-purposed it, after which she recruited Welt.

They are dedicated to travel a journey across the galaxy to free worlds from the ruin brought about by the Stellarons, which cause ecological disasters. The Crew pick the Trailblazer from stasis during one such crisis on the Herta Space Station, after which they join the Crew.

History[]

The Astral Express was originally built by Akivili due to THEIR desire to explore the far-flung reaches of the universe in Pegana, THEIR home-world. Using the Express, Akivili journeyed across multiple planets across the universe, thus establishing the Star Rail, thus turning the universe into an inter-connected network, thus owing their prosperity to THEM. Akivili recruited Pom-Pom during some time afterwards and was chastised by him when committing mischief.
