Travis is the main protagonist of the 2001 video game, Payback and its 2012 sequel, Payback 2. In Payback 2, their appearance is dependent upon the player's choice and can change their gender, race, physique, clothes, etc.
Biography[]
Travis starts out as a criminal and a gangster in Payback. He goes in various cities (Freedom City, Los Francos City and Corona City) and answers their payphones which have jobs for him to do by the boss.
These jobs can go from being really villainous such as stealing a tank from a military base and doing destruction with it, murdering rival gangsters in cold blood and stealing vehicles to bring them to his associates' garages to more heroic jobs such as getting the boss' daughter back to the boss from a kidnapper or protecting the boss' allies in dangerous situations e.g. killing some rival henchmen to protect Kyle in a gunfight from them or Killing some kidnappers to save Kyle's younger brother. In Payback 1, he had killed 5 KKK members, meaning he results into extreme methods like mass killings for good goals like getting rid of a hate group.
In "Caught by the Fuzz", the 5th chapter of the story mode, the second to last one, his house had been raided by the police and he has been given a life sentence at Corona City Prison, which is an island prison that nobody has escaped from before. The boss had sent someone to pick open his cell so he can escape. He then goes through the prison guards of the prison and can escape in a few different ways. After escaping from prison, he goes to Fry's garage to hide from the police who are on a manhunt for him.
In Payback 2, the story is literally the same to the previous game (but there are a few minor changes).
Appearance[]
In Payback 1, he is seen wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans, has black hair, white skin and is a male.
In Payback 2, their character is openly customizable and their gender, race, height, body fat, muscle mass, clothes, etc, can be changed based on the player's choice. The default character is a male with short black hair and a goatee, yellow shirt, grey jeans and black shoes.
