“ | For evil bastards to win power, all ordinary people have to do is stand aside and keep quiet. | „ |
~ Trevor Belmont explaining how evil prevails. |
“ | I don't know any of you. But that doesn't matter, does it? My family, the family you demonized and excommunicated has fought and died through generations for this country. We do this thing for Wallachia and her people. We don't have to know you all. We do it anyway. And it's not the dying that frightens us. It's never having stood up and fought for you. I am Trevor Belmont, of the House of Belmont, and dying has never frightened me. | „ |
~ Trevor Belmont to the corrupted priests about who he really is. |
“ | Trevor: It's time to give this place back to people who know how to build things! You and me, we're just killers out of history. It's time for us to go. Death: And who's going to make me go? You? With your bit of string in your hand? Trevor: Probably not. But let's just give this one last go, shall we? |

Personality[]
“ | We've spent a couple of months living your life. Adventures and victories. And now we're living my life. | „ |
~ Trevor telling Sypha that her sense of adventure isn't always good. |
Trevor is a troubled cynical man that went through a lot in life and has become very bitter and pessimistic over time. After the persecution of his family and witnessing the deaths of his parents, left him angry towards others and the church, who spread rumors on his family. Through his travels, he seems to just hunt monsters for the sake of getting paid and buying alcohol to waste himself. His scar is a huge reminder of what he went through and his reflection on life. He is always drinking, maybe as a way to relief himself and tame his trauma. Trevor understands Dracula's reason to kill humanity, relating that he lost a love one to cruel humans and feeling that someone could have prevented it from happening. Like Dracula, He hates the church for their misdeeds and abuse of power. Trevor dislike for humanity makes him misanthropic since he is disgusted by the darkness of humans but despite that he still helps and defend people from evil.
A good example of this is when he defended an elder of the speakers from priest that were attempting to harm him and defended the Speakers from the church. His interactions with others make him sound apathetic though he does at times he still has the will to deliver justice. His interactions with Sypha and the Speakers show he does care and is worried for their safety. When speaking to the Bishop, he was revolted by the Bishop's intentions to kill the Speakers and the fact that he was the one who orchestrated Lisa death. Despite his dislike for the church, it seems he does not hate everyone in it as with the scene when had a priest bless some water in order to fight back against the night creatures and he was shock by Zamfir's actions of killing all the priests in Târgoviște in order to get holy water.
When entering the Belmont hold, it seemed that Trevor did not want to embrace his families legacy and just want to end Dracula's war so he can move on with his life. But he is just afraid to live up to his families legacy. After defeating some of the night creatures that invaded the secret library and teleported Dracula's castle to him, he became determined to kill Dracula and end his war once and for all with the help of his friends Alucard and Sypha. After Dracula death, out of respect for his comrade, Trevor hand over the Belmont hold to Alucard as its guardian, much to his shock. Trevor and Sypha decided to travel together, hoping to go on amazing adventures.
Months after Dracula's death, Trevor began dating Sypha and landed in the town Lindenfield. Trevor remain cynical and sarcastic but thanks to his relationship with Sypha, he seems to be a bit lighter on things. But after the horrible events in the town and discovering that the Judge is a child murderer, he went back to his misanthropic self. He tells Sypha "now we're living my life" showing the horrible experience he went through in his life and the horrifying things that he have witnessed. This event turned Sypha more like him and started to hate his monster hunting lifestyle especially after seeing people trying to resurrect Dracula. He express this by saying "We've killed Dracula. And now we have to spend the rest of our lives making sure nobody brings him back from the dead? This is not what I agreed to." He feels dumbfounded by the fact that many people and vampires are trying to bring Dracula back despite the vampire wanted their extinction. Trevor is tired from killing monster, feeling like there is no purpose to it any more.
Things changes when he encounters Varney, the vampire from London and Zamfir's group. He is still eager to help others and by the time Death reveal himself, he decided to fight the entity himself. Though he might die in the process of fight he was still determined to defeat Death and used all of his will power to defeat him. Thanks to Saint Germain, he survived and returned back to Alucard and Sypha, promising to live a healthy and happy life.
Trevor is like a person that experience the roughness in life and starts to hate people because of it, despite that he still helps people and is determined to bring justice not for himself but for others.

Description[]
Trevor belonged to House Belmont, a family of monster hunters who protected mankind from supernatural threats for generations. Belmont was taught martial arts and valuable knowledge about the myriad threats that plagued mortals, and after his family was wrongfully excommunicated and murdered by the people they protected, Trevor became an embittered wanderer who helped where he was needed but otherwise kept to himself.
In Belmont's young adult years, the powerful vampire Dracula unleashed armies of man-eating Night Creatures on the land of Wallachia. After finding himself in the city of Gresit, Trevor met the mage Sypha Belnades and the half-vampire son of Dracula Alucard. These three heroes stepped up and saved the world from Dracula's horde by confronting and killing the vampire in his own castle.
Belmont and Sypha subsequently separated from Alucard and began a romantic relationship. The pair travelled on the road and helped anybody still being plagued by the remnants of Dracula's armies. Although their adventurers were all successful at first, Trevor and Belnades faced defeat in the village of Lindenfeld when they failed to stop a group of cultists from sacrificing the entire village in an unsuccessful attempt to resurrect Dracula.
From that point, their adventures proved more arduous. In a short period of time, the pair had to halt several attempts to resurrect Dracula across Wallachia. These failed attempts to bring back Dracula culminated in a plot by a large vampire faction that laid siege on the remnants of Dracula's castle in the hopes of bringing him back by using a ritual at the exact location he had died. Fortunately, Alucard had already been guarding the castle for the past several months.
Trevor, Alucard, and Sypha were able to stop the ritual together, much to the chagrin of the elemental being Death, who had orchestrated the affair. In the hopes of protecting his loved ones, Trevor alone fought a desperate duel with Death. Using an enchanted dagger, Belmont was able to defeat Death and lift the darkness that plagued Wallachia. Although he believed the battle would be his last, Trevor was saved by the mage Saint Germain. Having finally defeated Dracula and his legacy, Trevor settled down with Sypha in a village formed around the remains of Dracula's castle.
