Tribios is a major deuteragonist in Science-Fantasy turn based role-playing video game Honkai Star Rail. She is currently one of the Chrysos Heirs who is destined to take the coreflame of Janus, Titan of Passage. She was the first mortal in Amphoreus who became a Demigod after taking the Passage Titan's coreflame. However, Tribios' apotheosis resulting her soul splitting into many fragmental alter-egos: Tribbie, Trinnon, and Trianne. Since then, many other Chrysos Heirs, like Aglaea have undergone trials to receive divine authority from the Titans, becoming demigods to maintain order of the world.
She's voiced by Cai Shujin (Who voiced Chaletka in the same game, Mobius in Honkai Impact 3rd, & Amber in Genshin Impact,) in Chinese dub, Hikaru Tono in Japanese dub, Bang Yeon-ji (Who voiced Klee in Genshin Impact) in Korean dub, and Hayden Daviau in English dub.
Appearance[]
Tribios, like her mother, is a young, beautiful, fair-skinned, and red-haired woman with a resemblance to Himeko in the same game, except with elf-like ears. Her outfit consisting white dress with ornamental flowers. Tribbie's appearance bears striking resemblance to her when she's a child.
History[]
When the Black Tide Came to Amphoreus, the young Tribios spoke to her mother, Mortis about of her dream into becoming many of herself. Mortis, the previous Oracle Maiden of Janusopolis can only pray to the Passage Titan Janus for the guidance whenever Tribios is ready to become the next Holy Maiden and keeping her beliefs on the Flame-Chase Prophecy. On the following day, Mortis began hinting the coup from Dannalio's radical influence. She sent her letter to Codex to protect her daughter Tribios, when she was killed by her conspirators. After Mortis' death, Dannalio destroys any evidence of his crimes (Implied had Codex killed as well) and plans to groom her daughter, Tribios into becoming the next Oracle Maiden.
During Tribios' reign, the people of Janusopolis prayed to the High Priestess Tribios for the prophecy, but there is no response from the Titans. Seeing this, Tribios took matter with her own hands, and claimed the authority of Janus, Titan of Passage to lead the people for the better tomorrow, in which she became the target from the lower-ranked Janusopolis Priests to be assassinated to uphold the masquerade. After escaping the Temple of Janusopolis, Tribios inspire the others for the foundation of Chrysos Heirs. In aftermath of taking Janus' divinity, Tribios' soul was shattered into multiple fragments, which would travel across Amphoreus to seek out the Chrysos Heirs.

- The name "Tribios" derived from the Ancient Greek word "tribos" (τρίβος ), meaning "a worn track." Figuratively speaking, it means "a path of life."
- It also derived from the Latin term "trivium", meaning "the place where three roads meet." It also an epithet of the Roman Goddess, Diana.
