Call of Duty: Black Ops 6[]
In 1991, Marshall, Harrow and William "Case" Calderon are sent to the Iraq-Kuwait border to extract Minister of Defence Saeed Alwai, whom reveals that he's being hunted by a group named Pantheon. Refusing to wait for backup, Marshall disobeys orders to meet their driver Faraj at a new location. However, rogue agent Russell Adler arrives in Faraj's vehicle, executes Saeed and gives them a message for Woods - "Bishop takes Rook". After escaping from Pantheon forces, the team and Woods are questioned by Deputy Director Daniel Livingstone before being suspended for the failed operation. With Woods knowing what Adler's message means, Marshall and Case join him in going rogue while Harrow stays behind to cover for them.
At the abandoned KGB safehouse named the Rook, Marshall and Woods find evidence of Adler hiring freelance assassin Sevati "Sev" Dumas to find links between Pantheon and Avalon's crime families. Needing a team to rescue the rogue operative, Marshall sends Case to help the assassin eliminate targets from the Guild while he travels to Munich to recruit ex-Stasi enforcer Felix Neumann. Both agents are successful in recruiting Sev and Neumann, and return to the Rook to form a plan to rescue Adler. Gathering intel on Adler being imprisoned in a CIA black site, Marshall sends Case and Dumas to Bill Clinton's gala to gain Senator Jack McKenna's retinal scan. At the black site, Marshall and Case rescue Adler and battle Pantheon forces, further proving that the mysterious organization is embedded in the agency.
Following their escape, the rogue agents are declared fugitives by Langley, but Troy contacts Harrow to keep tabs on Livingstone. At the Rook, Adler explains that Saddam Hussein is providing Pantheon with facilities in exchange for their bioweapon Cradle, and that their testing it at the Iraqi president's palace bunker. Marshall then joins Adler and Case in performing a covert joint operation with MI6 agent Helen Park to enter the bunker, but in exchange they have to help the British SAS destroy scud launchers in the region. Inside the palace's bunker, the team find Cradle, an encrypted disc and files revealing that the bioweapon originated from a secret facility in eastern Kentucky. While Adler stays in Iraq to hunt down Pantheon scientist Matvey Gusev, Marshall works with Case and Sev in investigating the Advanced Technology and Applications' biotechnology department.
During the investigation, Marshall and Sev are forced to restrain Case after he's exposed to Cradle, and discover that Pantheon retrieved came to the facility last year. Back at the safehouse, Neumann has decrypted the disc which reveals Harrow's affiliation with Pantheon and the weapon being tested on two test subjects. Angered, Marshall damages the disc upon the revelation, but Neuman and Sev gather enough information from Gusev's audio to deduce Pantheon's ties with the Luttazzi crime family. Deducing that "Fucina" is a casino in Avalon, Marshall and the team perform a heist, steal a secret dossier inside a safe and extract from the area. While returning to the safehouse, they read the dossier which details the Luttazzi wiring money to Gusev's lab in Iraq and inform Adler.
Later on, Adler contacts the team that Gusev fled from the lab, but he gathered intel that the scientist is attempting to leave the Middle East from the Kuwaiti International Airport. Marshall and Case then return to Kuwait and assist Adler and his former CIA colleague Lawrence Sims in capturing the scientist, learning that the Cradle is currently at Vorkuta. The rogue agent then sends Sev to infiltrate the former labor camp and sabotage Pantheon's defenses before they commence an assault. However, Sev informs the team that Harrow is at Vorkuta and that the Cradle has been sent off. Wanting answers for her actions, Marshall captures Harrow and has Adler inject her with a separation truth serum to learn the location of the bioweapon.
With the knowledge of Harrow's chip, Marshall has Woods continue the interrogation while he, Adler, Case, Sev and Neumann defend the safehouse from Pantheon forces. During the siege, Woods informs the team that Harrow sent the Cradle to the Capitol Building with the intention of releasing it and destroying the CIA's reputation. After finding an injured Woods and an escaped Harrow, Marshall is able to injure her before a Pantheon soldier hits the safehouse with a rocket launcher. Trapped under lumber, Marshall tasks Case with stopping Jane from escaping while he and the others contact Livingstone. Marshall is successful in contacting the deputy director and preventing the attack, but fails to get a response from Case upon the latter's sacrifice.
Two weeks later, Marshall and his team speak with Livingstone, whom explains that they will remain clandestine agents under his supervision to deal with the threat. While this meeting is occurring, Jackson Caine, a member of Pantheon, breaks into Livingstone's office and accesses his computer.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0[]
In December 1991, Marshall is informed by Sev that Pantheon has infiltrated Avalon's criminal underworld, and explains they could ally with the French Syndicate to eliminate the Luttazzi crime family. While Troy voices his concern of the Guild getting involved, Dumas responds that she will deal with her former adoptive family while he and the rogue team fight the Luttazzi's.
