Kamen Rider Decade, Lit. Masked Rider Decade) is the main protagonist and eponymous character of the Kamen Rider series, Kamen Rider Decade.
Decade's name is taken from the English word decade as Decade is the 10th of the Heisei run of the Kamen Rider Series, evidenced by the Roman numeral X (ten) on his chest. His logo features the numbers 453 and 145 below the bar code. These digits correlate to the English letters A, C, D, and E to form the word "DECADE". He is also the first Rider to have a series that crosses over with a Super Sentai TV show, in this case Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, though the honor of being the first Rider to appear in a crossover belongs to his rival Kamen Rider Diend.
He is portrayed by Masahiro Inoue, who would go on to portray Jisariz in Sentika F8ABA6 Jisariz.

Becoming Decade[]
Many "roles" of Tsukasa
When Tsukasa is confronted by Natsumi Hikari over the photos he has taken, the two get separated by a dimensional barrier that sends Natsumi into an unstable pocket dimension where she flees for her life from various kaijin before finding the Decadriver from her dreams. While looking for her, Tsukasa encounters Wataru Kurenai, who calls him "Decade". Wataru tells him today is the day his world will end, and that he is needed to protect it.
After finding Natsumi, Tsukasa uses the Kamen Ride Cards to assume the forms of Kabuto, Faiz and Hibiki to deal with groups of Worm, Orphnoch and Makamou. Confused by both his actions and the cards's powers fading, Tsukasa takes Natsumi and returns to their world as it is being destroyed by the various monsters. When time suddenly freezes, Wataru appears, revealing the status of the worlds and assigning Tsukasa the task of traveling into the other worlds to stop the dimensional chaos inflicted on his own world by meeting the Riders of each of the other dimensions while the rest of the Main Riders freeze time in the meanwhile.
Tsukasa uses the DecaDriver (ディケイドライバー, Dikeidoraibā) belt and Rider Cards (ライダーカード, Raidā Kādo) to become Kamen Rider Decade, using Kamen Ride Cards (カメンライドカード, Kamen Raido Kādo) to assume the form of a Kamen Rider and access their arsenal via the Form Ride Cards (フォームライドカード, Fōmu Raido Kādo), Attack Ride Cards (アタックライドカード, Atakku Raido Kādo), and Final Attack Ride Cards (ファイナルアタックライドカード, Fainaru Atakku Raido Kādo). He can also use the Final Form Ride Cards (ファイナルフォームライドカード, Fainaru Fōmu Raido Kādo) to transform another Kamen Rider into a new form for a combo attack. During the events of Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider W & Decade: Movie War 2010, Decade becomes a destructive embodiment of himself known as Violent Emotion (激情態, Gekijōtai)before he was defeated by Natsumi as Kamen Rider Kiva-la.
Story[]
While in the World of Negatives, Tsukasa acquires the K-Touch (ケータッチ, Kētatchi) touchscreen cell phone that attach onto the DecaDriver, replacing the card slot which is moved to his right hip, to enable Decade to assume his true Complete Form (コンプリートフォーム, Konpurīto Fōmu). In this form, he can manipulate the power of other Riders' final forms, whom he can summon through the K-Touch, for powerful combo attacks. A stronger variation of the form is Strongest Complete Form (最強コンプリートフォーム, Saikyō Konpurīto Fōmu) which has the Kamen Ride Cards of his predecessors' ultimate forms on his armor.
During the events of Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen, Narutaki restores Dai-Shocker and enters an alliance with the Super Sentai villains that formed the Dai-Zangyack. Tsukasa, feigning to resume his role as Dai-Shocker's leader, declares war on the Super Sentai and battled Captain Marvelous of the Gokaigers to an epic standstill before faking their deaths to catch the villains off guard once they reveal their actual plan to take over the world. Tsukasa also appears in the Kamen Rider Wizard finale when summoned by the sorcerer Amadum to attack Haruto, only to aid his successor defeat the villain before departing for points unknown.
Tsukasa later returns during the events of Kamen Rider Zi-O to help change Sogo Tokiwa's destiny and ensure he becomes a hero instead of a tyrant using the Neo DecaDriver (ネオディケイドライバー, Neo Dikeidoraibā) to access the powers and forms of his successor Riders up to Kamen Rider Zi-O. In the special episode Rider Time: Kamen Rider Zi-O vs. Decade: Seven Zi-O!, he gains an upgraded version of the K-Touch that allows him to transform into an upgraded version of his Complete Form called Complete Form 21 (コンプリートフォーム21, Konpurīto Fōmu Tuenti Wan), which allows him to access the powers of all Riders' final forms from Kamen Rider Kuuga's Ultimate Form to Kamen Rider Zero-Two.
Personality[]
Tsukasa Kadoya (門矢 士 Kadoya Tsukasa?) is a hypocritical and self-righteous man whose had no memory of his past, having a strong desire to "catch the world" using his photos. But the fact that Tsukasa's photo never develop well hint him to be from another world while unaware of the effect as prelude of a convergence of the alternate dimensions known as A.R. Worlds that threaten the main universe. Approached by Wateru Kurenai while acquiring the DecaDriver, Tsukasa begins a journey to other Kamen Riders' worlds to save the prime universe as Kamen Rider Decade. But as Decade, besides exhibiting in-depth knowledge of a world he is in, Tsukasa faces both threats that endanger the worlds and the interference of Narutaki who spreads rumors of him as a "devil" (悪魔, akuma). But Tsukasa soon understands what Narutaki meant upon learning that he was originally the Great Leader of the Dai-Shocker organization which sought to take all dimensions and that his true mission is to destroy the other A.R. World Riders and their worlds.
